Minera Coarse Grain Dead Sea Salt for Bath & Soaking – 19 lbs, Fast-Dissolving, 100% Pure & Natural, Unscented, Skin-Nourishing Bulk Sea Salt

I have inflammatory breast cancer and lucky me :( I now have eczema. It is awful. It looks like I have fever blisters all over my back. I bought over $200 of stuff trying to help the itching on my lower arms and elbows. Either side of my waist is covered in eczema. I spent 4 hours one night scratching. The itching is intense. What finally helped was Minera Dead Sea Salts. When I get out of a tepid bath where I soak for about 20 minutes, my itching isn't as bad. I also bought an Equate Anti-Itch Continuous Spray 2.7 oz. from Walmart. I spray down my body after I have blotted the water off. Then I put on Gold Bond Cream for Eczema Relief Skin Protectant Cream, 14 Oz. I also use Aveeno Kefir Probiotic Blend Sulfate-Free Shampoo for Restoring Balance to Scalp, Color-Safe Shampoo with Nourishing Oat, Paraben- & Dye-Free. I put this on and let it sit awhile. It took away the itching of my scalp. Sometimes I alternate with OGX Extra Strength Refreshing Scalp + Tea Tree Mint Scalp oil, conditioner and shampoo. It smells good and the mint helps my scalp. I'm not a fan of the scent of tea tree. -- it reminds me of wallpaper paste, but it does help keep down infection and the mint mostly covers it up. Sometimes I add extra essential oils, like lemon eucalyptus, which I find refreshing. Buy some Minera. It really works!

Dead Sea salt is easily the absolute best for my skin. I typically put a lot (at least 2 cups) per bath and just soak for an hour. All of the soreness, irritation, and grief from the day seems to slide right off. The smell is somewhat closer to table salt then Epsom salt; with a slight pool chlorine smell. I never can seem to remember how wonderful it feels and smells. I'll go for a couple of days with a sore back or achy arms & legs only to finally notice the bag and remember that I've went to long without a soak. This company has always had consistency with their products and really that's about my only concern with a bath salt. However, their consistency is solid. In all my years of ordering I have never received a bag that is any different than any of the others. If I had to pick anything, it's that the bag always seems very difficult to close, but I can't really take any points off for "user error". Definitely a good value in the 19lb bag size. I think it's magic pixie dust, so I always buy that size. I don't think it goes bad so why not upsize if you love it as much as I do?

I love this epsom salt. I use it in every bath and it smells wonderful. My husband uses it in every bath, too. It keeps my skin soft and it helps when I have bug bites or rashes from working out in the yard. Highly recommend this salt.

I have purchased multiple times, in various sizes. Always comes packaged neatly, no issues. I used this to help heal my child with eczema (staph issue). It’s been a blessing in my home. Definitely recommend.

I bought this on recommendation from a YouTuber who suffered from eczema and topical steroid withdrawal TSW. I found that it dissolved slightly slower than fine grain salts, even in the hottest water setting I have, but that doesn’t take away from the potency of the product. It does sting just a tiny bit if you have open abrasions on your eczema and I would advise to begin with a 5-10 minute soak, using 2 cups in a 1/2 - 3/4 full warm tub, if you can tolerate it. The stinging goes away as the warmth of the water should provide some sense of comfort to your skin. Do not begin by soaking for as long 20 minutes like I did. Because at some point your eczema gets irritated and you can start to itch from soaking for too long. Especially if you are having a flare up. I have only used this for a few weeks and will consistently take soaks in the bath until I’m done with this bag. Other than using it for my eczema, soaking with these salts is such a great way to unwind, and grant your body the self care it deserves.

Because I am 72 and very active, I bought this to relieve any stiffness in my body. I recently lost my 98 year old mother who was living with me and have been experiencing more generalized body stiffness, new onset anxiety and difficulty sleeping through the night. At first, I thought it was just a coincidence that, after soaking in the mineral bath, I was sleeping through the night and was waking up with no stiffness.
