I bought one of these for my other half and she loves it, very warm and snuggly - my 12 year old daughter kept pinching it so I ended up getting her one too!! It's large and baggy, but not so big that you can't move and walk about comfortably in it.It also has a large pocket on the front that can easily fit a normal sized hot water bottle for additional cosy-ness and/or pain relief. Think of it as a large cosy hoodie, or a wearable blanket - great for cold winter nights in the house. Good quality and built to last, worth the slightly extra money compared to other similar items.

So after being scathing about these type of products and then being convinced by a friend to try it I took the plunge and after careful research chose snug rug brand as I have had their products before and they have always been quality.First of all I have to say the quality was as always of high standard.This is now the second one I have bought for myself, I have one in blue and grey. I am a born again hooded blanket wearer.This thing is one of the best thing I have bought. It is so cozy and warm I have warn it around the house all winter. I have also bought them for my family for Christmas and even my gamer teenager who was sceptical after putting it on for 5 mins said ohhh actually this is really nice.I like the thumb holes in the cuff so it keeps your hands covered half way, the only thing I would like is to be able to zip the hood gap up at the front a bit.These things are not sexy or a fashion statement but they will keep you warm and toasty. They are like wearing a warm hug.

This is so cuddly and warm, the thumb holes help keep the arms in place and your hands warm. The hood gapes at the front but it’s not a major problem as long as you’re indoors - you’d need a scarf outdoors though. It has a huge pocket for remote controls, phones, snacks and all that you could need for a winter evening. I deejay online from home and my desk is under a window in the spare room, my husband is always too hot as I have to turn the heating up, so I can fill my ‘pouch’ with goodies, shut myself away and not feel the cold! He’s happy, I’m happy and the heating bill falls!The outside of this is really soft to the touch and the lining is a thick, soft fleece, it’s big, and long, I’m 5ft 8” and it’s just on my knees. You really can curl up into this and be so cosy. The only downside is the smell. It smells a bit like diesel/oil, I’d rather not have to wash it as it is so big and heavy, and won’t tumble dry, but it’s too strong to wear it as it is. I’m hoping a good blow on the washing line might get rid of it.

My mum is in her 80s and permanently cold.She loves this.

Perfect for hibernating!Soft, warm and snuggly to the extreme.Only 2 minor issues. The inner sherpa fleece and the faux fur trim shed a for a while; but soon stopped, and the thumb holes were a little tight (I haven't got big hands) and not securely stitched - but that was easily fixed with a quick bit of old school needle and thread action.Nice, comforting weight to it; and the pass-through pocket is ideal for stashing a hot water bottle for extra cosiness!

Bought this as a late Christmas present to myself as my wife forgot to get me anything. So warm and cosy on these cold winter days and nights. Now all I need is one of those microwave sloths to snuggle up with while I settle down to watch Disney movies with a nice cup of cocoa. Well worth the money, would highly recommend!

I bought this for the wife as she's always complaining about the heat in winther, even though the fire place is on and the rest of the members are all sweating. I must say she wasn't disappointed when she first put it on, it's so hugely oversized and when cuttled up on the sofa it almost covers her feet too (she's 164 cm tall), and she feels so warm now thanks to this, it is everything it claims to be. On one occasion, in the lack of a blanket, I did borrow it and instantly fell asleep with the feeling of comfort, I was however pantsless and my legs poking out from the bottom we're cold. My only complaint about this was that it had the most terrible smell of chemicals when first opened, but a wash took care of that.
