Wow I have read this before but this time around I caught something I didn't catch the first time! This time it speaks directly to my situation! I have a lot of greens in my organization & motivating them is next to impossible and now I know why... my contest didn't work my motivational speeches didn't work so what does it work? Read the book and find out the answer may surprise you!😉😉😉

simple quick worthwhile
Simple, very quick read. Written in a style to promote identifying the four color personalities encountered in our lives. This material does not go in depth, nor was it written to do so. This is meant as a way to introduce the concept that there are general personality categories, and how to quickly recognize them so one can communicate more effectively, and in a more influential manner. There are good take aways from this material- a little extra food for thought. If you want super in dpeth, or if you have encountered this type of information before, then move on. If you haven't a need for a lot of reading, and you haven't thought about personality/communication styles, then this is a worth while primer. The exaggeration of the descriptions are meant to help remember the differences between the 4 color personalities.

A five star review means that I love this book.ReviewThis book is a handy tool in unique ways, i.e.,- Helps people asses personalities so that they become handle-able- In a business like MLM, understanding a few people is more important than what's going on in the whole world- Readers using Pareto principle will understand that what we need is a very small number to bring about major change- If one can use this to understand even ten people, then, the needed words can be applied to draw them in- Can be extended to understand people in general business Color Your Future: Using the Character Code to Enhance Your Life is something which was introduced to me ten years earlier, however, I hadn't tried it. My bad. I feel, these two books have something in common.This book focuses on the area of MLM to keep it easily applicable.Readability 4/5Understandability 4.5/5Lay out, structure 4/5Value for money 4.5/5Usefulness 4.5/5I highly recommend

Another Awesome book by Big Al. This book's information makes it easy to figure out how to talk to anyone in the exact way they want to be communicated with. If you have ever called someone and became tongue tied as you tried to figure out what to say that would get the person interested in what you had to offer this book will solve the problem every time. Can't figure out why you and uncle Joe or brother John always clash? Want to know why your spouse or best friend always tell you to hurry up and finish the story, impatiently. This will help you start communicating like you never have before. Knowing the four colors personalities (Everyone is basically one of these four personality types) will not only help you market better but will improve ALL of your interactions with people. It has been both a game changer and a life changer for me and will be for you!!! I'm arealniceguy and I recommend this book. It may be the most important book you ever bought!!

Not really detailed
The book only gives a glimpse into the 4 personalities and really does not help with understanding how people act. It also list them as colors and does not refer to each color with their legit scientific name, so learning more about that personality is not easy to do.The writer tells to many of his personal stories as well and barely talks about the colors. It would be more advisable to read a book from a true psychologist to gain knowledge on how to talk to prospects than reading this book.

I had wondered why people don't really get the message or the emotion expected, now I know.
After explaining something apparently exciting to someone for a business I usually present numbers, growth planning, best and worst scenario and surprisingly I don't see the expected interest reaction. Now I know the issue. I'm sort of a numbers and projections guy (green) and don't speak accordingly to other people's personalities and interests. From now on I have to first have a quick conversation to LISTEN and only then make my presentation according to the interests it the prospect.Great book!

Best Book On The Market For Personalities
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this book! I even ordered one for my 15 year old grandaughter that was asking how to learn what to say to so many different personalities! She had no idea there was a book written on this. Of course I got her the one from the best author of all time on the subject, my friend, Big Al, Tom Schreider! He nails it!

Great book!!!!
Loved this book. Easily explains the different colour personalities without long boring paragraphs. If you are starting in network marketing this is an essential tool to have as it really helps you understand the best approach when dealing with different personalities to spark/keep their interest. Even if you’re not in NM it’s still a good way of understanding why your friends/family are the way they are.

I love Big Al trainings and books, he always makes fun of the colour personalities but when you read this book and get the real meaning of each of them, everything starts to change.pay attention to the details, review the book from time to time, practice with your accountability partner and people around youI really recommend to have more an insight of the different personalities and how to communicate with them

I see everyone in colour now!
I downloaded the audio version and highly recommend the Four colours. It's very enlightening and enables me to speak the language of my prospective customers/business partners. Must read/listen to!

Simple and useful
Whilst it does sort people into only four colours, and we are much more complex than that, it gets you thinking about what is going to motivate the person I am talking to. Full of great insights and tips. Will be reading this book again.
