I love this fire. It is beautiful. I built the frame myself out of baseboard. Nice remote . Great value. Just installed it. I will update, if necessary.

I had a woodburning fireplace in the past and always loved the warmth and ambiance it brought to my home. My new smaller house would not accommodate the addition of a real wood burning fireplace without giving up way too much space - not to mention the cost. I looked long and hard for alternatives. I had a gas fireplace previously and really never liked it so it was rarely used (burned too hot even at low settings). I settled on an electric after much research. With so many options to choose from on Amazon it took a while to make a decision. I finally settled on this one based on size, features and reviews. There was a bit of a mixup in ordering but it was due to Amazon and not the seller. The seller stepped up and made what could have been a stressful process very very easy. I hired someone to build out the mantle and enclosure. The end result is beautiful. I have all the ambiance and warmth that a real fireplace brings without having to give up the space or money and much less hassle. This fireplace warms my entire kitchen, nook and family rooms - about 900 Sq feet. Works beautifully. Love the 9 flame options and multiple heat settings and timer. I also use it often without the heat for coziness it adds . Very happy with my purchase and with the seller.

The media could not be loaded. It came packaged well, with little room for shipping damage. Double boxed, cardboard, styrofoam & MDF to support it. Quick delivery.I ran it an hour this morning: heats well, love the flame effects. Now to start building my cabinet out of this headboard & choose the finish(es) for it and the dresser in the same room… 🤔 I’m thinking the 2 concepts pic’d.Absolutely pleased so far! This was a little difficult to install, but happy with the end result.

I had this unused space in my bedroom and searched forever until I found this electric fireplace to fit it. It’s been life changing this winter! Was easy to install by myself and works perfectly. I used a flat plug and concealed the power cable. The remote is very convenient and timer is great so I can set it to shut off on chilly evenings after falling asleep. When I don’t need the heating feature, I like to have the LED lights on. My son said it looks like it cost five thousand dollars. The only thing that would make it better would be Alexa compatibility. Awesome purchase!

Delivery was fast, set up was a breeze! The fireplace is a bit heavy, so make sure you ave assistance if needed. I could not be happier with this purchase. The fireplace is absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for! If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Take the plunge and buy it. You will not regret it!

Insufferable clicking on and off when it gets to temp and kicks off then kicks back on when it gets below temp then kicks off when it hits temp.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to put in just had to remodel the bookcase a little. I'm so happy with the product. It has a temp control and lots of colors. It makes my living room beautiful and very warm. Set the temp to 75 degrees. I absolutely recommend it to friends and family. It fit in so tightly and fit perfectly. Will absolutely buy from that company again. It has an remote control with lots of features
