Probably not what people are typically getting these for-I got these to use as a pry tool for electronics repair and cleaning and they work crazy good- better than any plastic pry tool I've used- and they come with holders that you can stick on your workspace, or a guitar I guess.

From the first time I heard that Billy Gibbons played filed down silver dollars back in the 80's to get that gritty edge to his picking that he's known for, and then recently hearing more modern players crow about their copper or bronze picks, I've always wondered what the big deal was. 'Besides, I'm a Dunlop Jazz III player and have been for more than 20 years,' I told myself. The shape of these picks is rather unique in that they're very pointy. This point makes speed picking easy once you get used to them. I was sure I'd never find a metal pick with the same shape. I haven't been this happy to be so very wrong in a LONG time. The other thing about Jazz III picks is that they're thick and, consequently, don't have much give, e.g. they don't bend. Again, great for speed picking. Well, these are MUCH thinner, but don't give much, either. Bonus: I can pack a bunch more in my pick holder! I can literally pack 2-3 in the same space I packed 1 of the Jazz III's. I'll never run out while playing ever again!However, the big thing I'd heard about metal picks was that the attack on the strings was amazing. Boy, you ain't just whistlin' Doom's Day Jesus! My gawd! CHUNK-AH-CHUNK-CHUNK FOR DAYS!!! And so effortlessly! Blues, rock, metal guitarists, drop what you're doing right NOW and grab a pack of these bad boys. They're cheap, so if you don't actually end up loving them - (YOU WILL!) - then you're not out much. But, if you do love them, you get 20 for 7 bucks! That's a cheeseburger at one of your gigs, if you're lucky! You almost can't get a good pack of strings for that little anymore! You can't beat that with a stick and you honestly won't believe the difference.At least give it a try ... for me. You can call me names afterwards if you want to. But, you owe it to yourself to at least try them. I'm reasonably sure you won't be sorry you did. Go on! GIT! What have you got to lose?

The reason for only 4 stars is that ONE of the carriers is not well assembled. The 2 halves are a "snap-fit" and will not hold together. I guess a drop of superglue will do the job, but I shouldn't have to. Otherwise, if you can find a convenient spot on your guitar to attach them to that's discreet, out-of-the-way and convenient, it's great for carrying extra picks and NOT have them stuck between your strings above the nut or anyplace else that looks stupid.

For 7 dollars this is really good. The description says .3 but feels like a 1.0-1.4, besides that it’s really great.

I really like these SS picks. What would make them better is the main body would have a thin layer of PDMS so it is not slippery. Or maybe if the pick was etched to produce a matte finish (media blasting would probably distort the picks). I worked on a project where we made a 20um thick film of clear PDMS (silicone) which we discovered would permanently bond to our SS fixtures if we plasma cleaned the film and SS surface. Would be awesome if the vendor could apply that to these picks.I like them so much I bought several orders as they also make great shims for other projects I work on.

Great value and everyone needs another case. My only complaint is metal picks should’ve been thinner, especially as they were sold with medium regular picks. They also should be polished more smooth on the edges as they have some bite to them when stroking your strings.

Good Value and Works Great

J'ai essayer les pics en nylon de dunlop, ceux en cellulose fender medium, ceux en bois d'olivier, puis en bois d'ébène pour gagner en dureté, et ceux en bois on l'avantage d'avoir en son chaud et rond. Mais les pics en métal sont juste incroyable, le son est très différent de ceux en bois, et il offrent une clarté impressionnante, le coté métallique ressort dans chaque note, et surtout, contrairement aux pics en bois et en plastique, ceux en métal s'usent très peux!Puisque je préfère les pics pointu, j'ai sablé ceux que j'avais à cette fin, et depuis les deux mois que je les ait, ils ne se sont pas du tout émoussé, du moins à l'oeil nu!Et contrairement à un certain préjugé, le pics n'abiment pas du tout les cordes, à moins de jouer comme un bourrin bien sûr. En fait les cordes perdent de leur clarté naturellement avant qu'elle atteigne le stade de brisé.Attention cependant aux guitaristes débutants qui ne maîtrise pas complètement le piqué, puisque ce genre de pic peut facilement égratigner la guitare si on joue trop rudement, là où les pics en bois ou plastique pardonne un peu plus.Pour la quantité et la durabilité, ce sont facilement les meilleur pics sur le marché, pour le prix ça vaut clairement la peine.Les pics méritent de se faire sablé les extrémité légèrement pour éviter de se couper, mais pour le prix c'est pas grand choseMerci à la marque Frienda pour offrir un produit si remarquable.

Ragazzi incredibili !! questi plettri in acciaio , non me lo sarei mai immaginato di usare un plettro d’acciaio , quello che più mi ha colpito la comodità di presa , non ti scivola via dalle dita anche se fossero sudate all’inverosimile .Non sto esagerando, sono rimasto colpito della praticità.. non me lo aspettavo.Li consiglio senza paura di essere smentito,bravo a chi avuto l’Idea di questo prodotto.Comodissimo anche il porta plettro d’attacare alla chitarra 🎸

Ils sont géniaux, très bon format, les meilleurs que j'ai trouvé jusqu'à présent.Et pratique la boîte distributeur à coller sur un recoin de la guitare.

La púas están perfectas, la única pega es que deberían de ser de diferentes grosores. Son todas del mismo grosor. Eso sí son púas duraderas ya que son de metal y no plástico, es imposible que se rompan tocando la guitarra o que le salgan mellas.
