These are cute (the little fish on the jack is a nice touch!), feel well-built, are comfortable for and fit well smaller heads (or so my daughter tells me!), and sound good enough that I've heard no complaints. My daughter loves them and has worn them for somewhat lengthy car trips without any issues or complaints about comfort or sound. I would recommend these. The only downside is no inline mic but that isn't such a big deal for a 6 year old.

I purchased these headphones TWICE for my 8 year old son. They are cute, we get a lot compliments. The down side is, they stopped working all of a sudden after a couple of weeks. I would love to purchase them again, but I don't want to keep purchasing the same product over and over. Would rather find a more durable product with the same "cuteness"

These things are pretty great. My kid can listen to whatever he wants without disturbing us on road trips and they muffle adult talk in the car. Just be aware your kid can still hear you a little unless you are talking directly to them... then its the penguin's fault.

Sturdy headphones for a kindergartener to use at school, as long as you don't handle the weight of them by the cable. Replacement was necessary after my child swung them from the cable and it became detached from the blue section that splits to each headphone.

Ok product; the headphone jack and cord are not the sturdiest for young children. But the headphones are adjustable to fit young children, so that is a huge plus for using!

I bought this after researching the appropriate kinds of earphones for a five-year-old. He needs them for school because they use iPads in the media center. When we got them, they worked fine at home. They went off to school, sat in his cubby for a week, and the first time they were pulled out to use in the media center, they didn't work. You can only hear one side of the stereo sound, with the echo of the other side. And of course the packaging is all gone, no way to return them. Very disappointing. Now my son is borrowing earphones at school until I find new ones. I would not recommend purchasing these.

Too quiet. My kid couldn't even use them on a recent flight because we couldn't turn them up loud enough to hear over the white noise on an airplane. Bummed!

Work good, wish they made the cable strong as it broke after a few months.

Got these for my heavy handed 3 yr old. The "pingu" appeal was instant especially the "fishy" as the jack. I did find that the connection where the cable splits to either side gave way easily. But I soldered and hot shrink sleeved it. Lasted a good 2 yrs after thatThe padding is really comfy and looks great quality. The only reason we did not purchase these again was the Tesco Hudl headphones are a cheaper option

I have ordered two pairs of these earphones. The first pair broke easily at the join (2-1) admittedly the fault of my granddaughter. However the same problem happened in the second pair again granddaughter although this time she hardly touched them! A great idea let down by flimsy quality at the important part! This join should be more robust for little children to use and knock.

Recommended by a friend who's son uses these as the volume setting protects the ears so its not too loud and great when you go out to eat in not annoying the people around you or your child getting upset as its too noisy for them to hear their programme.
