Better purchase to alkalise water

When I tested the ph it wasn’t showing much alkalinity after putting 4 drops into a glass - maybe ph 8

made nice water taste awful
I wanted to increase the pH of our filtered water to help with reflux. It did not increase the pH very much (tested with their strips). Adding the drops made the water taste of chemicals. Really horrible. Spend a bit more money and get an alkaline water filter or bottle.

Not a great difference in pH
They include pH test strips which is useful as it's showing me that the pH of the water has barely changed. My London tap water before the drops is on the bottom in the photo. Can you see a difference?
