Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I saw a similar model in a shop, so decided to buy one from Amazon. It has a very clever design. It's a rear view mirror with a camera on the back. It attaches over the top of your existing rear view mirror. There is also a second camera to go at the rear, but that will need wiring in to a positive feed on the reversing light.The mirror is large, and looks good quality. In the centre of the mirror is a led section where you can either see what the camera is recording in real-time (turn it off while driving), or you can access all of the footage, which is brilliant if perhaps an accident happened and you (or the police) needed to watch the footage straight away. If you have the rear camera set up, then the footage from the rear of the camera will display on the mirror too. There's a button under the mirror to switch it from led video mode, to mirror mode. It's very nicely built and a great design!The footage is very good quality, and you can read registration plates from cars which is the main thing. It handles sun and shade well. The cables it comes with are nice and long.Overall, I think this is a great camera built in to a very nice design.The menu system is good, but setting the date wasn't easy for me, so I left it with the default for the moment.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  love this dashcam, great quality video by dashcam standards, very responsive touch screen and super easy to navigate the menus, easy to install and will fit around any rearview mirror, only downside is there is no way to move the camera on the device, would be nice to be able to orientate it to face completely forwards as mirrors are usually angled towards the driver so the camera is angled away from centre slightly, other than that amazing piece of kit, highly recommend.

I was not expecting a lot from a very reasonably priced dash cam. I had to replace my rear view mirror as it had a crack and scratches. I've stuck this on top, and I'm very pleased with how it looks, its slightly tinted and has much wider view than the standard one. The camera is decent, I've set the resolution to 720p as I'm only using a 16GB card, on a large screen 720p is good enough to read number plates. The rear camera is a bonus addition Which I have not yet installed as I already have a reverse camera built-in however I have tested it and it works fine. The installation is very simple, you just need to tuck the cables into the sides properly, the length of the cables is generous. Touch screen is simple to use, however very prone to finger prints. Once installed just use the button to view the camera if you have to, I try not to touch the screen a lot as it gets finger prints very easily. Overall I'm satisfied with the price paid, it's a mid range camera and I did not expect a lot more than what it is does.

I recently purchased a 1996 Toyota Hiace, it had no sensors or cameras, or lcd screen built in.I NEEDED something to see what I was doing when parallel parking but I didn't want a big monitor on the dash.This front and rear view camera was ideal. I just want to be clear. I have never fitted anything like this before. I have no experience in car electrics or car related mechanical work.This took me about an hour to fit, the front is super easy, its secured over your current mirror with rubber clips and the cables are long so you can plug it into your cigarette lighter for power. The cable for the rear camera is really LONG! I'm not kidding, I routed it under the ceiling coverings and I drilled a hole into the lighting area at the back in bottom of the van and stripped the reverse light wire and used a 3 way wire joiner from amazon (about £2 for a pack of 10) its not needed really, I was just over thinking and over planning the installation. Then I routed the camera to the bumper and drilled it in. There is a really really strong double sided soft sticker to keep it in place, which I used as well.This can be mounted inside the window with just the sticker, for me however, the back door is massive and opens upwards so it wouldn't have worked for me.Bottom line. if this fits your needs, got for it, the quality is great, its easy to install with no experience. The only downside for me is that as the screen is behind a mirror so it can be harder to see in bright light. In England, this isn't a problem very often.
