Excellent product
Very supportive, high quality and well-fitted. Huge difference in walking - makes for less pain, more comfort and a seamless experience! Highly recommended.

Bigger size was more comfortable
I previously order M but found them too tight for my swollen toes. I have now got the L which are comfortable even though I am a size 6 shoe as they accommodate my swollen toes and do the job of protecting my metatarsals and help with the pain.

Great Product.
Have tried many products similar to these and they have turned out uncomfortable. Wore these for first time yesterday and had forgotten they were on after a few minutes. Didn't make my shoes tight fitting and did the job.Walking is now comfortable again! Not sure how long they will last as I'm heavy on my feet, but I will be buying more.Totally satisfied.

Good concept, bad design
So, i bought these because I wear thick soled chainsaw boots and normal insoles just don't cut it. I get dreadful pain in the ball of my foot after a long day's walking and working. I have worn these pads for a week now to give them a fair chance and although they do work ! My feet no longer feel pain where they usually do. The edge that sits in the middle of your foot is quite painful after a while 😅 i might try a bigger size but my rating stays at a 3 for now for that reason! You can see in the pictures where it has sat all day. It'd be nice with a folded edge rather than a bulky stitching to stand on 👍

No more pain and discomfort - fits like a glove
I suffer from a slightly deformed right foot which affects my gait and as a consequence it results in a hard callous forming on the ball of my foot leaving me in acute discomfort when walking. The only respite is regular trips to the chiropodist to have the hard skin cut away but it’s only ever a temporary fix. In between visits I have tried numerous pads, and shoe infills to cushion the pressure, but they have been poor fitting, uncomfortable and not provided lasting relief. That was until I found these Metatarsal pads from Brison. I wear a size 11 shoe so ordered the large size which has proved to be a perfect fit. Ignore the UK sizing charts accompanying the ad as they are clearly incorrect. The EU sizing appears to be more accurate at 44-46 equating to a UK size 91/2 - 111/2. Getting it on is a bit of a challenge especially around the big toe but once on it is comfortable and stays firmly in place throughout the day without chafing or being overly restrictive. Admittedly I am wearing a sock at all times. The gel cushion pad is well positioned and perfectly sized to cushion and protect the ball and surrounding area whilst adapting to my foot and different shoes. It’s still early days but I have worn the pad continuously each day for 12 hours whilst walking some 12000 steps and I have been completely free of the rubbing and burning sensation that I usually experience. Also, surprisingly my foot has remained sweat free despite the gel pad sleeve being made from nylon and rubber. If like me, you only require a pad for one of your feet I have found that by turning the other foot pad sleeve inside out it fits and works just as well. Let’s hope that the pad continues to protect and cushion as it ages. Fingers, or should I say….toes crossed!

Well worth trying to ease your foot pain.
Bought a size medium as recommended for my shoe size. Is slightly loose on the underside but is still great as I think the small would be too small round my foot. It is very comfortable with a nice thick gel pad. Nice and soft fabric and was happy with these for the price paid.

Comfortable fit
I've got metatarsalgia, and initially tried pads that were made of felt. These were quite uncomfortable, and my physio suggested to get these instead. Much more comfortable and my initial impression is that they do work well and reduce the pain that I get during walking.

Good idea but not great in practice.
Initial impression good. Feels comfortable to wear. Time will tell how effective it is on relieving pain.Having now used this for a few days I’m less impressed. It’s difficult to wear the strapping with shoes as it makes them uncomfortably tight. Have worn it just around the house and while the padded area does relieve the pressure on the bottom of the foot, the elastic of the strapping becomes uncomfortable quite quickly. Not the result I was hoping for.
