I bought this last week. how to operate the rotating platform by computer? can we realize it by using matlab or python? do you have manual or code?

Super easy, buy a controller from Pololu for stepper motors, get biggest one they make and you will be pleased with 24v input. Use control software from Pololu or you can use terminal commands from Pololu that talk to stepper motor... super easy. you can even use python, C to write to the serial commands and talk to the motor controller.. the sound is like R2D2 and its the best thing ever!!!

Does this product comes with a manual on RS232 communication, protocol of writing and reading commands?

its only wires are for the stepper motor directly, 2 poles... and for the pull up resistor that does a pull down to gnd when it spins to zero point

How to add a limit function and zero function?

zero function is due to the pullup resistor and one of the pins.. it triggers a pulse to bring the pin down to gnd I believe... find schematic output online
