Difficult to confess that I love a toilet seat, but I do. This is my second unit (to install in my children's bathroom), and it works as well as the first one.I have a medical condition I won't describe, but getting my back thoroughly cleaned is essential for my well-being. This thing does the trick, cleanly, efficiently and quickly. It is very easy to use, comfortable and practical. Installation was fast if not joyful, as dealing with a toilet is always a somewhat messy matter. But it was as easy as one could want to. Only downside is that it comes with a short power cable, and home builders tend not to put a power slot right by the toilet, so you need to either use an extension or install a power plug right by the toilet (which I did).The reason I installed the second unit is that small kids have difficulty getting themselves clean after using the toilet. No matter how much I teach them, they won't do a good job until they are older. And I don't want to be in the job of checking everyone's butt after a toilet break. So it turned out they were using MY toilet more and more often because getting themselves clean with the bidet was so much easier. So I figured out installing a second unit in their toilet would do the trick and it did. Now everyone at the house is very clean and healthy, and I have my toilet room back.If you are looking into adding a bidet to your house, this is likely the solution for you. And if you are not, you should be wondering if you should. Believe me when I say that after you use a bidet you won't realize how dirty you've been all your life. After all, that is the only part of our bodys that we try to clean by just rubbing it with a dry "napkin". And it is not the cleanest part of the body to begin with.All in all, highly recommended.

When you're traveling in a foreign country experiencing different foods and [don't drink the] water that your stomach is not used to, a bidet is always a necessity. I have traveled to Japan and Korea many times, and my rump has experienced many different bidets. Heated water, strong streams, warm air blowing, nozzle adjustments, heated seats, self-cleaning nozzles - all features on the top-end bidets they put in the 5-star hotels. This one has them all with easy to read buttons. It does not have a auto-opening / closing lid or a remote, but do you really need those anyway? Instructions for installation could be better pictured to more clearly show which hose is which, but you can figure it out without a degree in rocket science. Installed and running in about 30 minutes. This is about the same price as the Korean brands (LG) you can buy at the Korean stores in your local Korea-town, but all the buttons on this one are in English. Plus, doubt that you want to deal with a Korean company for warranty / service if an issue were to happen. Very satisfied with this purchase. Only time will tell if it will last. Will update as necessary. Squirt on!UPDATE: Still squirting strong with this product. Mom visited and heard we had one in our master bath and wanted to try it. Only bad thing is that now she wants to use our bathroom every time she has to drop off some friends at the pool. Turns out she has a non-electrical bidet at her home which means non-heated water and non-heated seat. May need to get her one for her birthday. Also, thinking about buying another one for our kids' bathroom so that she doesn't have to use ours every time she visits to drop off dumplings, and I have a back-up for me.
