Excellent jug, looks nicer than the average white ones
Love my new red water filter jug. It’s sturdy and looks eye catching in the kitchen. It’s definitely an upgrade from my last one, which was a standard cheap white one from a supermarket. The water goes in the top through vents which are operated through a button on the top. The water filter cartridge is different to my last jug too - but it’s really easy to insert. You just drop it in the slot. No twisting or difficulties fitting it in. The water tastes excellent too - you can really notice a difference. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend to everyone.

Better than others by a landslide
I'm happily surprised by this. I've previously used a Brita filter and switched to Phox as the filters didn't even tough the horrible odour or taste of the water. The Phox filter was great at filtering out the flavour but was just really really slow at filtering making it an absolute pain to use. I'm so glad I chose to try this. It filters quickly and removes the unpleasant smell and taste of the water. I was unsure about the lid but I'm a big fan now I've used it for a little while. It is so much easier to not have to take of a lid or try to get the water through a little hole without getting any water on the top. It's also much easier for kids to use as you don't have to worry about the lid not being on properly and falling off mid pour. I love the overfill function that makes water run out of the handle when the filter reservoir is overfilled. I love that the water is running out of the handle into the sink instead of running into the main reservoir unfiltered like it does on filters I owned previously. The only downside for me is having to wait until the filter reservoir is fully empty before pouring as I'm habitually bad at refilling it and also very impatient. Overall great product and great quality so far.

Better than expected
This water filter is winning so far! Looks good; easy to fill and pour; great price.So far, like it loads better than the many previous Brita ones that break and go in bin in less than 6 months.

Great!
Bought this as a replacement for the Aquaphor Onyx I bought a couple of years ago. This one seems to have a better pour and the filling system is great. Bought in white as the Onyx was black and that had lots of limescale staining

Leaks very easily. Easy to fill
Good size jug. Like the way the top opens up to refill. Downside is that I used to have a britia water jug and you could fill the bottom compartment with filtered water and pour tap water in the top ready to be filtered. You could then pour your water out without any leaks. With this jug the top compartment has to be almost empty before you start pouring your filtered water otherwise it leaks and goes everywhere. Would I buy it again? Probably not
