I first discovered Really Raw Honey about 8 years ago. Since then the price has gone up significantly. I have tried so many other honeys that said they were natural honeys and none had the incredible taste or fragrance that Really Raw has. If you are expecting the type of honey sold at grocery stores or even most of the health food stores this is not it. This is a dense, light colored natural honey with the natural cappings of the hive. It is as good to eat out of the jar as it is to use in cooking or tea. I hope this review has helped you if you are on the fence about trying this honey. It also comes in smaller containers.

The taste is so good! I have tried many different brands so far and this one would be in top 5 favorite list! The texture is very creamy and buttery in color with slight crystallization. It is sweet! Spreads well on Toast. I would buy this brand again.

I bought this for cold season. This is the best honey I've ever had. I love the honeycomb bits on top. Ive never seen any honey come with this. I know alot of other honey companies that lie or "water down" the truth in their label. They claim to be "raw, unfiltered honey" but they are NOT. Heres a tip- dont ever buy honey that is labeled as "grade A" honey because that is honey that has been heated and filtered. This honey is everything that it claims to be. So, I really really appreciate "Really Raw" company for their efforts in quality honey, their honesty and their integrity. Its worth every penny! I just received it in the mail today and I'm ordering some again to stock up for winter.

 A natural honey.The other brand I have used for years prevents-cures sinus congestion due to pollen allergy. But they decided to make an inferior unnatural product.So I came here to Amazon and experimented with a few brands. I like this one best so far. Has real bees wax, pollen... and natural honey from wildflowers. I figure this includes tree pollen.Nice taste!Sinus congestion, infection, allergies can cause pressure on the eyes altering the eyes shape, pollen can stick to the eyes' cornea resulting in unclear eyesight and temporary astigmatism.This type of honey prevents the sinus congestion reaction to pollen! It also seems to help prevent pollen from irritating 'itching' the eyes.I love Amazon. I might be taking care of a relative in the future. Way out in the country rural area. Limited shopping. I can buy most all that I need here!!!

I really love this honey, and I'm someone that's always HATED honey... That is, until I realized that the clear, amber-colored "honey" I had used in the past was not "real" honey. But I am really impressed with this. It doesn't taste like grocery-store-shelf honey, at all. It's thicker, creamier, and has a different kind of sweet to it. Hard to describe. Almost like candy. I got the 5 lb tub, and I thought I'd have it for at least 6 mos, but I'm almost ready to order more in less than a month. I use it in my Golden Milk, and my sister uses it in her Bulletproof Coffee. Good stuff!

I was unfamiliar with raw honey, having always used grocery store products. Most of the grocery store honeys claim to be "all natural", "unfiltered", "unprocessed" or something similar. What they don't tell us is their products ARE processed to remove the non-honey content and to ease the pouring flow of the honey.I was looking for a healthy alternative to sugar for use in coffee, tea and the like, and researched the best honey to purchased. AND, THIS IS IT!! This honey will not pour (at least where I live) and has a lot of comb/wax on top. This took some getting used to for me, but the reward is THE healthy alternative to using sugar or artificial sweeteners in beverages.I applaud Really Raw's producer for getting us a fine & healthy product in a sea of over-processed honey. You won't find it labelled "organic" or "grade A" because the government doesn't have any such classifications for honey!I used this jar (glass jar, by the way - nice) up quickly and immediately bought the 5 lb jar (plastic, unfortunately) of the same product.

Over the past month I've been trying different brands of honey for that perfect taste in tea. I wanted raw organic honey. The ones that pour, don't have the concentrated sweetness that creamed honey does. I found that it takes two tablespoons of pourable honey to equal the sweetness of 1 tablespoon of creamed honey. There were two that stuck out - Really Raw Honey and Stakich. The absolutely perfect cup of tea was Peet's Assam Golden Tip (Black India) tea, Really Raw Honey, and a little bit of organic cream. I thought I died and went to heaven! In the evening was non-caffinated tea, Peet's Xiao's Blend (peppermint, chamomile and rosehips), lemon juice, and Really Raw Honey. I haven't really seen a honey that can stand out on its own with that distinct flavor yet enhance flavors in the tea this well.

Love this on my PBJ's - just use honey instead of jam. Whipped up theses chocolate chip cookies earlier. Come together super fast so great when you need a healthy snack. All you need is a bowl and a whisk. Even your kids can make these. Preheat oven to 350. Put 1/4 cup REALLY RAW HONEY and 1/4 cup coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave until just melted. Add 2 whole large eggs and 1 tsp vanilla to same bowl and whisk to incorporate. Add 1/3 cup coconut flour and stir. Consistency will change as the flour is incorporated. If still too runny, add a bit more coconut flour. Add 1/3 cup of your favorite chocolate chips. (Mine are dark chocolate!) take tablespoon or cookie scoop and place cookies on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten to desired shape. These won't spread so they can be close together. Makes about 12 - 1 1/2 inch cookies. I like mine bite size so I get about 22 - 1 inch cookies. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
