Hard to tell if it works yet but it is easy to swallow

I don't like taking meds 20 minutes before meals. That timing is inconvenient and I forget too often when I'm in the middle of preparing my meals. The recommendation that I'm familiar with is usually you take with or after meals.But it was difficult to read from the ad for the supplement although I tried. Had I been able to see the directions for taking the supplement, I wouldn't have purchased.

Great product

I have been waiting for a vitamin D3 + K2 supplement and wondered why it didn't come out sooner. You get a lot of D3 (5000 IU) and 100 mg of K2 plus some calcium but you have to take 2 pills per day (recommended dosage) to get the full amount. It also include bioperine which is basically ground black pepper. Black pepper is know for it's ability to pull substances into the blood stream (turmeric is a very good example) so it can be utilized by the body. Otherwise most of it might end up in the toilet unused.
