Incomparable hair brush
I have used all the Mason Pearson brushes and combs all my life, from the nylon mixed to the pure bristles and in all the different sizes and colors, the smalls blue, white and pink were just adorable and perfect for my children.About few years ago there was an increase in hair care products developing their brushes line. I bought and used some of them for a while but though quite good they never equaled the precision, quality and high style of a Mason Pearson brush. It is like owning a tool so perfectly made that it becomes a precious part of your hair care routine. It makes you take better care of your hair🌟🙏The brushes are comfortable in the hand. The thickness of the bristles is well calculated. The only thing that might refrain you from the purchase is the price but once you think about this beautiful instrument and its quality and performance, the price becomes irrelevant.I have enjoyed my brushes for over 70 years and I just bought only now, a renewal of the large oneTime to count those hundreds brush strokes a day🤩🤩🤩.My suggestion to the manufacturer is to include a protective sleeve to look even more precious 🙏

This brush is expensive, but works wonders.
My wife has beautiful hair, I thought what better way to show her how incredible it is, than pamper her with this very expensive brush. I did a ton of research and it really seemed like going to the top of the line was what most folks seemed happy with. They were not wrong. The bristles on this thing are stout, very stout. This is quality control you cannot find in most brands anywhere. They most certainly get the best possible materials to make these. The brush easily detangles and glides through my wife's long hair and it makes that satisfying sound as it evenly spreads the hairs natural oils creating a glorious healthy shine. Value for the money, thatss a tough call, but it certainly seems worth it if you're going to get "the brush". Our only concern at the moment is how durable will it really be, we treat it like it's a rare piece of art out of fear of breaking a bristle or some other insult. It would be great if it came with a stout case or something so that we could pack it up, or even just bring it with, knowing its safe. Its a very nice brush!

best hair brush i've ever used.
I've been using this brush for just over 3 months now, and I'm entirely pleased with it. I have no way to compare it with cheaper similar (all-boar, same size) brushes so I can't tell you if you really need to spend the money to get this brush. maybe you could find a similar brush that would be just as good. I can tell you that this brush has been absolutely magical for my hair. I have changed absolutely nothing else about how I care for my hair (i wash it only with baking soda, about once a week, and i occasionally use a small amount of conditioner rubbed into my scalp to keep it from being too dry after the baking soda wash). My hair has never looked or felt better. It's shinier all the way to the tips than it used to be, and the tips are much less broken/split than they used to be. I am also finding that I need less conditioner, which was a surprise because I usually need it more during the winter when the air is dry from the heat. The brush feels good in the hand and feels good on the scalp. It's a joy to brush my hair, and it just looks great afterward. Although my scalp can get dry after washing, it's usually very oily, and after brushing the hair near my scalp will look very oily and heavy. Then I just turn my head over and fluff up the hair, and it looks great! I wondered for a long time if I should get this brush... worried I would regret the expense.. but I am very glad I got it. I should add that I have long almost-straight hair. I'd describe it as fine to medium. The hairs themselves are fairly fine and there just aren't a lot of them. Using this brush I am able to achieve volume in my hair that was never possible before without a bunch of product and blow drying, which I never do at home and have only seen after hair stylists do it at the salon. Now I achieve very much the same effect with nothing but my own hair and scalp oils. I think the large size was an important choice for me given the length of my hair and all boar also seems to have been the right choice. The Mason Pearson web site is pretty primitive but gives some advice on how to choose size and bristles for your hair. I consulted that before choosing which brush to buy.

Once you try you’ll never go back
I’ve used Mason Pearson hairbrushes since I discovered them in my 20’s. They are expensive but last forever if you take care of them. My last brush lasted for over 25 years. Since my hair is now pretty long I decided to try the extra large boar bristle brush instead of the nylon version used previously. I just love it and know it will last just as long as my previous brush. I highly recommend these hair brushes.

Beautiful. Hoping it lasts.
Beautiful product. Expansive but of it lasts forever It will be worth it. As of now it is nothing special. My hair is still my hair after brushing. Although I have not used religiously back to back.

Great Brush/ Not worth the money
This is a great brush. Is it worth the money? I would have to say no. You can get a Denman hair brush and be just as happy. If you have money to burn, then get it. But, if you don't, you are not missing out on anything and can save by getting a Denman hair brush.

Best hairbrush ever
I’ve been using Mason Pearson boar bristle hairbrushes since I was in my twenties and they are quite simply the ultimate in quality and luxury. I just had my seventieth birthday and treated myself to the large EXTRA brush which is a bit stiffer and great for my long hair.I absolutely love it.
