ShoyeidoIncense Coils, Nijo (Avenue of The Villa) 1set

This is hands down the best-smelling scent you will find on amazon period. I have spent hundreds of dollars on every type of cone, coil, and stick type of incense from manufacturers that are American, Indian, and Asian and this one right here is the one that rules them all. Just "avenue of the villa", not their other scents (in my and my wife's opinion). There is one con to it though. It is way overpriced for how much you get. 10 little incense coils and that's it for $23. We do splurge once a month though and buy one box even with the outrageous price. If it were say 1/4 of the price for the same 10 coils I would set them up to auto-order every week for the next 20 years.

I'm not much of an incense or yoga person. However, I do like to meditate every now and then. This Shoyeido Avenue of the Villa smells very good and I do find it very pleasant to have around when meditating! It is pricey for the size but lasts longer than I expected. I will definitely order more in the future and possibly try other scents as well.I placed them outside at the foot of my sliding door to the back yard and left the screen door closed. That way I wouldn't flood the house with too much smoke. It actually warded off most bugs as well.

I wish this would come in a bigger quantity but maybe it is a you get what you pay for. The quality and smell of the incense was not only delightful but every time I would burn it even my dogs suddenly relaxed. My GSD is a born again marathon athlete of some sort but once the incense fills the living room she even takes on a chill attitude so maybe its like dog pot.... who knows. In all seriousness, this incense does have a very pleasant smell.

The media could not be loaded.  Nice light smell, I love the scent. It took me a minute to look at other reviews to figure out how to use the block. I’ll probably order this again!

I was looking for mosquito repellent incense and this incense showed up on my search. I thought it is the one I used to use in Japan to kill mosquitoes so I ordered it. I received it today and I was surprised how small it is. I read the product info and realized it's NOT mosquito repellent incense LOL!!I could not believe I paid $23 for it at first. But it smells great!! It reminds me of a temple in Japan and calms me down.The tiny incense holder fits in the lantern I bought like 15 years ago at Ikea. It was just sitting in my living room but now it has a purpose :) I lit the incense about 2 hours ago I think, and it's still on. Because it's so thin, it doesn't make my house too smoky. My house smells so good and I love it!!

The incense is fine, only that the holder is different then expected due to the different picture in the web.

They saying that you get what you pay for is especially true with this product. The scent is absolutely beautiful. I burn one for about 30 minutes increments before extinguishing it. The 30 minutes fills my house perfectly and the scent will last all evening. It means one coil lasts for many days.Watch for the price though; it can range from about $39 to $60 plus. I always restock at the $39 range.
