No lie, it works!
I had my doubts about this product. **I'm about to get a little detailed, and I apologize if it's TMI for some readers!** I'm a distance runner, and it's training season. Here in Houston, you can't walk down the street without getting drenched in your own sweat during the months of July and August, so you can imagine what my running clothes are like after an hour. Anyone who washes athletic clothing can sympathize, I'm sure: I love synthetic wicking material, but I hate that I can't get rid of the odor with regular washing detergent. Well, this stuff works! I was shocked. My shorts and tops come out smooth and soft, and no odor. I'm not kidding. The bottle tells you what to do -- I put slightly more than a cap-full per load, and it does the rest of the work. I've got an Under Armor top that has been stinky for quite a while, and I pre-treated the arms before adding it to the load -- again, odor-free after 1 wash. I'm a believer! Such a great product for a great price. There have been some complaints about the cap, and I agree, it's poorly designed. There's always a little bit that dribbles down the side after I've put it back on. A minor annoyance that Atsko can fix. For me, this is not enough to take away a star, because it has no effect on the performance of the product.

Works on pet odors - gym clothes - water proof rain gear - snowsports outerwear
My father is an avid hunter and uses this to remove all scent from his clothes during hunting season. He gave this to me when we got a couple of new puppies. It gets the urine scent out of their bedding in one wash. My wife and I began training for some races and I tried it on our synthetic workout clothes. Again, it performed perfectly in one wash. Periodically, we will have to train in our rain gear. I tested out Sport Wash on the rain gear after a particularly hard run. I just threw all the synthetics and rain gear in together in one load. There was no smell, everything was completely deodorized. My kids and I teach snowboarding at our local mountain. This is 6-8 hours of on snow activity, threw our gear in with this. Perfect again, in one wash. I have teenagers and we use some pretty high tech gear. Sport wash has maintained our gear's water proof integrity and never tampered with it's ability to maintain our heat or comfort. I use it often in a front load HE washer and it has never caused any issues with bubbling or clogging. I don't have any hard evidence but it seems to help with the front load washer smell also. I really suggest using it and am glad I found it here in larger quantities than the 18oz I was using before.

Cleans AND gets the stink out!!!
I have a big investment in technical gear, as I run four to five times per week and sweat a LOT! I want to keep these clothes in pristine condition in order to maximize performance and life. Regular detergent that is filled with softeners and perfumes that kill the wicking properties of many of these fabrics and doesn't get the odors out. This detergent does an amazing job of cleaning my gross stuff while keeping it looking brand new. It also kills the bacteria that cause odor to build up so it's great for other things like stinky kids' clothes or pet stains. It only takes one cap of detergent to do a normal size load making it very economical for a sport wash. I used to spend $20 for the same amount of another brand - not any more! As long as this is available I will continue to purchase!

Works Well
My husband's waders were pretty darn dirty. He never thought about washing them for... well, let's just say for too a long a time. I purchased this product based on the majority of good reviews and also saw it recommended by a number of sporting outlets that sell waders. I did quite a bit of research before buying Atsko Sport Wash. The first time I washed the waders, I followed the exact instructions: One capsule, cold water. The waders came out a little cleaner but stains were still present and areas of deeper grime remained apparent, although improved. As I stated, the waders were very dirty. I washed them a second time, doubling the amount of cleaner and raising the water temperature to lukewarm. Prior to washing them, I poured some of the cleaner on the stains and soiled areas and let that sit for several hours. That really helped a lot. These waders are now presentable to the public. Not that that matters much to fishers, I suspect. In the future, we will wash his waders on a regular basis to keep them in good condition. Regular cleaning does preserve the waders and extends their durability. Given how expensive waders can be, regular cleaning is certainly worth the time, effort, and cost.I also retreated the waders with a DWR product (Revivex) -- and my husband is very happy with the results.Recommend!

Works as advertised, and cheaper than the repackaged version.
I was tired of using a touch of bleach to help remove the odor from my synthetic, breathable, and/or waterproof clothing when washing it. Regular detergents don't really get Under Armour and similar clothing clean, and bleach destroys any fabric over time.Enter Sport Wash. This stuff is amazing. Just add one capful to your wash (I still usually drop a teaspoon of bleach into the bleach reservoir, but that is less than I used to use), and your clothes (including waterproof jackets, Under Armour boxerjocks, and swimsuits) come out smelling clean and fresh.More importantly, I did notice that my waterproof parka seems to be truly waterproof once again. It had seemed to be allowing more water in until I washed it with Sport Wash. The surface seems to have its original texture and sheen.NOTE: This does work just fine in HE washers. I use an HE frontloader at a nearby laundromat, and the capful is still the correct amount. Sport Wash does not create as many suds as normal detergents, so it is safe to use in HE washers.

Wonder wash
It is for down filled which I do not have, but use it on London Fog, Carhart, etc coats and vests instead of dry clean. Items come out clean fresh n soft. Love it and have used for years.
