Ashwagandha 400mg With Black Pepper

I have taken this for several years and didn’t realize until two months ago that I should have been taking 2 at a time. I was taking another brand dosage 3200mg and I was so happy I would start crying for no reason. My last employer wanted to drug test me lol. This really dose work for reducing stress

Within just a couple of days I felt so much better. I was taking another more expensive product for mood and mild depression but decided to give your Ashwagandha a try. I am so glad I did. It's hard to explain how good I feel on the inside. I feel calmer and more at peace. I don't believe I will need the more expensive supplement ever again as I plan to continue taking this amazing product. Also, I've noticed I'm losing weight and the only real change is this product. I believe it must be lowering my cortisol, though I'm not a doctor and cannot say for sure.

There are multiple companies selling Ashwagandha these days, as it may be used to treat a variety of issues (look up an article titled “An Overview on Ashwagandha: A Rasayana (Rejuvenator) of Ayurveda” on the National Center for Biotechnology Information website). There is a ton of research backing it up, not to mention that people have been safely using it for thousands of years. Most people don’t realize how much of a toll any type of continued stress (school, kids, a long commute sitting in traffic, etc.) takes on their poor adrenals.. Cortisol plays a big role in that issue, and Ashwagandha helps you manage that more efficiently. I sincerely have a lot of appreciation for it. I used to feel bloated and sluggish at work, and my doctor told me she couldn’t explain what was going on, but it was probably due to stress. Bloodwork came back “normal.” After a few days taking this, I could tell I was getting rid of excess fluid (the difference was noticeable and my friends asked me about it), and I could increasingly feel this “gentle” and sustained energy during the day. Some people say it also helps with their sleep quality. It’s not the effect you will get from a typical stimulant, where your body gets hit almost instantly, and then that boost just goes away. Traditional stimulants like caffeine eventually start to make me feel tired, and then I just need more of it to feel energized. This won’t happen with Ashwagandha, as this is part of a treatment, where you’re not just putting a band aid on the problem trying to convince yourself it’s normal to feel tired all the time. I have tried multiple brands in the past, and I have to say this one is by far the best I could find, as it’s hard to encounter similarly high dosage and purity in other brands. Make sure you see your doctor if you’re not feeling ok. Mine was very supportive of my decision to take Ashwagandha. If you want to give it a shot, I would recommend trying this one and seeing how you feel after taking it for several days. Stay safe, everyone!

They claim a two month supply of two per day for 60 days. What they don’t tell you is the hoops you have to jump through to get your second bottle. You must go to their web site and promise your first born along with your data and phone number for marketing purposes. This is the highest strength Ashwagandha I could find. The price including the second bottle is in line. The product itself is top notch. I just didn’t like the deception of the item Photo.

I think these work well in reducing some anxiety and stress but I still notice I struggle with it. I want to go a full 6 months and see how I feel (if any significant difference - if so I will continue) however, in the last 3 weeks, ive been feeling “off” and couldn’t get back to feeling like my regular self, but it was working fine before that so idk if it has anything to do with the Ashwaganda. One thing I can say is that I have not been sleeping well, but again, idk what’s causing that probably just things on my subconscious and lots of future plans underway. If this is supposed to help get quality sleep it’s not doing that for me, but 5 stars for overall sense of well-being. I like it

This is the first time that I have tried taking an herbal supplement and was skeptical as to how well it would live up to its claims. After only three days of taking this product, I started to notice that I was sleeping better and felt more rested. Now it has been over a week and my mood is better, I feel less stressed, and I am noticing more energy. I am extremely pleased with the results I have had so far and plan to continue its use. I highly recommend this product, especially during these trying times, to anyone feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

Just ok

This stuff in incredible! I wouldn't have believed a supplement could make such a change in my condition and general well-being, but it has. I was constantly fatigued from even the most simple exertion, short of breath and feeling like I was going to jump out of my skin. That, of course, produced anxiety and even some mild depression after a while from feeling like I just couldn't do anything. Then I found this product and what a difference it's made. I'm able to do the simple tasks that were such a chore and almost debilitating before. I have more energy, my mood is greatly improved (probably just out of relief) and the anxiety and stress are gone. I'm able to fall asleep easily and sleep through the night, too, so I wake up energized and ready to go. No, it isn't a miracle drug and it doesn't wrap you in clouds of utopia like a narcotic would do. It's amazingly subtle, but amazingly effective, too. I highly recommend it without reservation. Do yourself a favor and at least try it.
