Sturdy and seems like it will be very secure. Relatively easy to install. I needed an exterior mailbox for my building that had support for multiple units. This box fit the bill. It’s heavy duty, and straightforward. Only issue I have is with USPS on getting them to install their lock. It is not secure without the mandatory USPS lock. My recommendation to supplier is to get a direct line to USPS and allow your customers a fast track to installation of their locks. I would pay extra for that feature. I am still waiting to here back (2 weeks already) from USPS after talking to my mail lady and going directly the post office to speak with the counter service woman.

The mailbox was delivered on time, we'll packaged and protected. It matched the description and was in perfect working order. The company did a follow-up call to insure my satisfaction. Well done.

Good product. My only suggestion is that a drilling template be provided.

The color is darker than in the pictures. Which I like. It looks super modern. Easy to install. I'd buy this again if needed.

General speaking, the product itself is pretty good. Solid design and good price.But I have to mention that it may be difficult to contact USPS local lock master. I tried several numbers and finally got response from my local usps growth manager.

i bought this a half year ago the mailbox doesn't close the latch breaks VERY easily a thin piece of mettle keeps it closed

I ordered a black mailbox and they sent an aluminum colored one, which i returned. i reordered a dark bronze color that i spray painted black. i am still waiting for the credit on the returned box.Salisbury seems to be the only manufacturer of replacement multi-unit mailboxes. Their prices are reasonable for a semicustom product and fairly sturdy.

I received this item fast and without problems. It works perfectly and is very solid. I had Canada Post give me a lock and replaced the one that came with the unit. Works like a charm.
