I lost my 5K😭
I recently bought a MAC compact powder from Amazon, and I’ve been using it for about two weeks. Suddenly, the powder has completely shattered, even though I handled it carefully and didn’t drop it. What’s surprising is that I had purchased the same product about two years ago, and it lasted perfectly until the end without any issues. This time, it’s been a really disappointing experience. I expected much better quality from MAC, especially when buying through Amazon

Broken product. Unfair
It came broken. I requested for the replacement. Amazon said it not eligible for refund. The powder started breaking suddenly. Never had this issue with Mac foundation powder I got at the store. Waste of my money
