You can always buy cheap - but if you want something to work buy quality. Owned this for over a year and in that time it has worked reliably. Easy to fit Easy to set Great visual deterrent Loud. Quality brand, from my experience I have to say buy with confidence.

I needed a very simple alarm system for my cabin. This looked to fit the bill and has given me some comfort knowing it is quite loud when activated. Another reviewer said read the manual, seems silly but actually sensible. It's plain English (and clear) and there are some good things to know before you start. There are two PIR sensors, but one of the them is a pet sensor. You only know by reading the model number. I didn't see this until I had put up the pet sensor, so needed to change that. It's fairly straightforward to add and remove the gadgets. I also purchased the keyfob suggested as a package but this was not compatible with the alarm - excellent. I used the Yale technical contact form and they were brilliant. Told me what model I needed and therefore sent back to Amazon and bought the correct one. So, its a good inexpensive system. Easy to install, very easy in fact. It's loud so although someone might get in they hopefully wont stay for long. Don't trust the amazon suggestions they are wrong! If you are looking for extra gadgets for the system looks for ones that are compatible with the HSA models.

I really liked this product because it was just what i required , 2 PIR and one contact and easy to use Keypad with a good installation manual. However the siren in the alarm was acting up in that it worked ok when it went off due to tamper proof was armed but after a couple minute it turned into a 'croak' and subsequently it work intermittently between a croak and full siren. Had to return it.

House alarm choice is a minefield,,so I went for a Yale because of the name firstly and price second. This is great value. Our house isn't massive, so went for this option as it initially will cover the essential,,door contact breaker, two motion sensors front n back areas. Definitely read the instructions over and over. I'm no tech whizzkid,, far from it,, but when the penny drops on what you havevto do it only takes half an hour to fit. Basically you have to tell the outside alarm box what sensors n keypad are attached to it. Easy tidy job, nice loud alarm, abd a very bright recognisable outside box tgat hopefully will put off your average scumbag druggie from robbing the gaff. Very pleased.

As I was moving into my new home, I was burgled. Thankfully I hadnt moved anything of value yet, but I was scarred by the experience... what would I do once I HAD moved in my electronic gear? This kit was easy to install, requiring no wires, and with some heavy duty double sided sticky pads, I didnt even need to screw anything in place. I did need to call support regarding dip switch selection to pair everything up on installation as the instructions provided are less than clear, but I was impressed with their telephone support, so thats a plus. The motion detectors work better from a distance... I originally had one positioned right next to my rear patio doors, thinking it would give me best detection up close. That was not the case. However, as I they are wireless, and I had installed the sensor with sticky pads, it was a simple task to move it to the far wall facing the doorway instead. I know its not an all singing all dancing alarm system, but it works, having even a simple alrm system as a deterrent has eased my mind considerably.

Great value, simple to install and works well, although previous one started false alarming after a few years (but for the price, not worth repairing). Current Amazon description on the new Yale system is misleading, as it claims 6 x AAA batteries are required (included), whereas the main unit runs off much larger 'D-type' (formerly U2) batteries (included). I nearly ordered incorrect AAA lithium cells to perform better in cold temperatures. Other accessories are run off button batteries (also included). BIG ISSUE is that Amazon offered the (compatible?) Key Fob at point of sale, which I selected as part of same order. After spending over an hour during installation and failing to configure the key fo, then on phone to Yale Tech Support, it seems AMAZON IS SHIPPING WRONG KEY FOBS. They look identical, but for this system, it requires HSA6060 (not EF or SR systems) Key Fob. The Yale Tech Support guy seamed fed up with all the calls received recently. Frustrating & waste of time for me too ! ... hence 3-star review.

Perfect. Comes already connected out of the box. I added two extra door/window sensors and was super easy to connect. Loud alarm. When you open the door (or activate sensors) there is a quick beep from alarm and then you have 20 secs to deactivate alarm. Overall im very happy with purchase

I placed the alarm in my box truck. Object is to keep all my racing parts and spares safe. I used the second motion detector to protect the truck catalytic converter. It would have been very convenient if one of the motion detectors had been a pet friendly version.

Absolutely perfect works but best of all how easy it is to set up thats the best bit i cant recommend this system enough its that good and great price as well and no wires so thank you very much .

J'ai récupéré la boîte aujourd'hui, elle est conforme à la photo avec un détecteur d'ouverture de porte, une sirène, un clavier mural et deux détecteur de présence. Il n'était pas indiqué dans la description si les détecteurs étaient adaptés aux animaux pour ce qui en ont. Je confirme qu'il ne sont pas adapté au animaux. J'essaie de voir avec le vendeur s'il peut ma l'échanger mais pour l'instant pas de réponse. La notice est entièrement en anglais! Super pour l'installation! J'ai demander au vendeur s'il existe une version en français. Pas de reponse
