This battery worked fine the first week, but now only charges or holds a charge good for 40 minutes of headset use.Most of my meetings last 90 minutes. Spending the extra $ for the 202599-03 battery from Plantronics.

The battery was a very tight fit into my headset and when I finally was able to get it in, it worked sporadically.
