Sizing Recommendations: Measure from wrist line to bottom of middle finger . - Small: up to 4 inches - Medium: 4 inches to 4.5 inches - Large: 4.5 inches to 5 inches - XL: 5 inches and up Unique Design This Palm Grip is a unique combination of a Durable Genuine Leather palm section with a comfortable, moisture resistant, neoprene wrist wrap. Why Leather? • More durable than other materials and yet still soft and flexible that protects your palms. • Other materials such as polyester have been known to cause slippage and skin irritation after a good work out. Material like neoprene for the palm section is likely to wear and tear much more quickly. Go with Leather! Why Neoprene? • Provides a very comfortable alternative to elastic blended cotton and polyester. Neoprene still allows stretching and flexibility but not too much so as to provide ample support for the wrist. • Neoprene is more resistant to moisture. Everyone sweats while exercising. Other materials will absorb the sweat and allow bacterial growth that cause unwanted odor. Neoprene works to repel moisture and reduces this chance of odor. (Cleaning) If you want to wash your grips, it’s suggested to hand wash only the neoprene wrist wrap section (not leather palm section) with your choice of laundry detergent and then hang in open space to air dry. Boost your work out, with these Elite Pair of Leather Hand Grips for Crossfit WODs. Try a pair now!

Had high hopes, unfortunately didn't work out.
Crossfit member: I had high hopes for this grip...and had purchased it because of the integrated wrist support. Unfortunately after using it now for a good month, what I noticed during my first week of use was that the one area I was looking forward to getting protection (the typical callus area right where fingers and palm meet) didn't get much protection at all. I found myself with an exposed area due to the large finger hole openings. Each time I'd go up for pull ups or do any work with the weight bar, I'd always feel my Caluss area getting worse. Sadly didn't work out for me...and I would have stopped using them during the first week, but figured since I paid $30 for them I might as well get some use out of them.

New & Improved Hand Grips!
Update Second Pair Review:I purchased a new pair after about 18 months. I used them on average 3-4 days a week for crossfit. Takes a little time to break them in. I use them for all kinds of movements with kettlebells, dumbbells, farmer carry, T2B, & even long row workouts. I attached pictures comparing my first pair to my second pair. The new version has way more Velcro & longer wrist wrap! Love the upgrades.First Pair Review:I purchased these specifically for my Crossfit class as we do a lot of toes2bar, etc.I bought a small, fit is great, true to size chart. I think that its really great that the wrist support is wide as i normally wear wrist wraps. The only suggested improvement i see is that they are not labeled Left or Right, but i guess it could be preference/universal for both sides. But once i found that i like them to wrap in a certain direction i labeled mine with permanent marker L/R. I would recommend these wrist wraps. As far as durability, i only had them for about 2 weeks, so i can't comment on long term wear & tear.

Finally, some good grips with wrist support.
I do crossfit and a friend of mine ordered these and I thought I would give them a try. After 1 use, I was hooked. I ordered my own pair. They fit true to size. I love the functionality and ability to have the straps lose and then tighten mid-WOD depending on what I am doing. They are a little thick and they do hinger heavy barbell movements slightly. However, they are great for a pull-ups/Toes to Bar or Bar muscles coupled with a lighter barbell movement. To get around the thickness and grabbing the barbell, I simply slip the grips off my fingers and let fall loose.Cons: they are thicker than some other brands out there, but thinner and more functional than plain gymnastics grips. They do hold sweat and I they did not come with cleaning instructions. So I suppose for most people, they will eventually stink for sweat. I plan to contact seller to inquire about washing. Last, the 1st velcro section needs to be moved slightly when attaching to the wrist. I find I have larger wrists than most women and the scratchy velcro side hurts unless I have then 100% in place. I would recommend they change velcro sides or adjust slightly.Overall, I highly recommend. They are reasonably priced, seem to be holding up well after 3 weeks of use.

Pretty good, didn't last, but great customer service
I like the combination wrist wraps and gymnastic grips. The wraps are a soft neoprene, and the grips are leather. I've only used these a few times, so time will tell if they hold up.The only problem I have with these is that the "hook" side of the Velcro is sewn into the side of the wrap that faces down at your wrist--a dumb design. They should've put the "hook," i.e. the soft side of the Velcro facing your wrist. That way, you wouldn't even feel it if the Velcro doesn't line up perfectly. As it is, the Velcro scratches my wrist, and I have a red, raw spot by the end of the WOD. Fix that, and it would be a 5-star product.UPDATE #1 (11/18/16): These didn't last very long. The wrist strap ripped where the leather was attached after about 10 weeks. And there were maybe 2-3 WODs that required them per week. That's only 20-30 uses--that's not good enough. And unfortunately, they only have a 60-day warranty. Clearly, they know how long their product will last. Don't expect these to last beyond their warranty period. I did like them before they broke, though. Dropped to 3 stars.UPDATE #2 (12/7/16): RGG reached out to me. "These grips are made to last longer, which is why we would be happy to send you a new replacement pair." That's some great customer service, considering that these ripped shortly after after the warranty expired. It's good to know that RGG stands behind its product, but it will be even better if this next pair lasts longer. I wouldn't expect any pair of grips to last forever, but a year seems reasonable. I'll provide another update as soon as they fail again or at the 1-year mark, whichever comes first. Bumped back up to 4 stars for excellent customer service.

Great for gymnastics movements.
This works great for use on pullup bars and rings during pullups, muscle ups etc. The wrist supports are not as strong as using wraps, so I don't recommend using these for heavy lifts, other than that a good product. I was in-between sizes and went with the smaller size, which I wish I would have chosen the larger size as there is a gap between the bottom of my finger and the strap which is exposed. I hope this helps someone in the future when picking sizes.

Thank you RGG!
I never used any type of gloves or hand wraps or anything that would stop my hands from feeling the steel of the barbell. I was trained old school, were using any type of gloves were frowned upon. Then came Crossfit, I love crossfit! But crossfit is very taxing on hands and grip, that's where this RGG leather hand grips come in, I absolutely love them! I only wish I had used them from the beginning, I really like the thick wrist support that the grips come with and the grips themselves are great, allows me to do more reps with out my grip giving up. Excellent product, will definitely recommend it is absolutely worth the money.
