This high-quality piezo-spherical cap-tweeter can be connected directly at the amplifier or at a diplexer. This tweeter has a vaulted aluminium spherical cap and no conical membrane (as usual with flare loudspeakers). Due to the aluminium spherical cap the acoustic pressure is not so strong as with comparable other piezo-tweeters. In return the loudspeaker has a very broad angle of radiation and a very good brilliant sound. Due to the aluminium spherical cap with its special radius of gyration and very low mobile mass the frequency response is very clean up to 45000 Hz.

Worked as advertised
I used this in circuit with the Kemo Ultrasonic Signal Generator Module. Speaker worked as advertised. I'll probably end up configuring an amplifier and a higher Wattage / dB speaker set up. It definitely produced some annoying frequencies to try and hinder dogs from barking.

Garbage - Dead in One Day
Seemed to work fine for high frequency sounds and we noticed it stopped having an effect on the animals I was using it for. I checked the back of the speaker and part of it had come unglued and was hanging freely from it's two connecting wires. Completely useless after a day of light use.

Very quiet, maybe needs much higher drive?
This sounds very quiet, maybe it needs more than a couple watts drive?I have some smaller ones that are much louder.

Cooing Pigeons in the Morning?
Yapping dogs at all odd hours of the night, barking at who knows what .. Pigeons cooing in the wee hours of the morning. -I paired this a KEMO M048N UltraSonic Generator and a Headphone Amplifier. I removed the cone, and added a 3" polished ABS tube in-front, and it acts like a Sound Cannon :-P

Stops barking dogs
Seems to work for barking dogs. Would recommend and I even bought a 2nd.

Great speaker
I used this speaker to make an anti-barking device and it did the job that I needed. Work great on high-frequency sounds.
