Tastes like seaweed salt and yes it is isn't totally dry but I'd definitely agree that its a drier version of some I've seen. Its barely damp at all.

This is great salt. Fine consistency, nicely salty flavor. No downside.

This salt does have a fishy flavor and smell, unlike other salts. Works great to enhance fish dishes, and my cat goes nuts when I open the jar.
