Like the original cartridge, it drops in, and seats well. Close the covers, and it remains in fault. Tried multiple times with failed results. Insert NEW Brother Cartridge - all is well. Removed original, tried Aztech again, and again with failure. Reinsert the original Brother Cartridge - NO PROBLEM. WARNING! Return is restricted to 30 days! Printed on the packaging is a "100% SATISFACTION GUARENTEE", but no means to contact Aztech, or any other Customer Service to resolve. Amazon is being alerted for false product information. ***UPDATE*** Amazon rep fumbled the issue, but after 2-hrs over 2 days I finally got it corrected with a refund. A fellow Brother MFC L8900CDW user found that CLEAVER toner replacement cartridges work flawlessly.

I purchased the toner cartridges in Nov 2021 now in March 2022 the Cyan is leaking and putting blue blotches and dots all over the document and also the magenta but not as bad as the cyan, I opened the printer and the cyan had spilled out all over the inside of the cartridge holder what a mess to clean up, also the yellow cartridge shows empty on the toner life while the other colors show 3/4 fullupdate 4/27/2022The company reached out to me to resolve the damaged toner cartridge, they replaced all of the toner cartridges, I am very satisfied with the replacement product and the best customer service I will order from them again

I purchased this packs for my new Brother L8360CDW, since there's nothing like running out of toner in the middle of a print job to leave you stuck. I decided to test them for quality before I actually needed to use them (and so that I could return them if necessary). I was impressed, and the cartridges are not going back to Amazon!As you can see from the attached image, the replacement black toner had a print quality equivalent to that of the original Brother cartridge (the Brother print out is on the left in the image). In person, the black of the original *may* have been ever so slightly darker, but that's quibbling and may be subjective/based on my eyes. In the test of the blue cartridge, this cartridge actually rendered a more vibrant hue than the original-- though there was a little bit of banding in the test graphic, but this was not evident when printing blue text. (See the test image-- this cartridge printout is on the right.)I can't speak to the longevity and toner life of these cartridges, since I'm putting them away until needed when my Brother originals run out. However, given that the set of four cartridges cost a fraction of what their genuine Brother counterparts would and rendered comparable quality print-outs, I'm very happy with this purchase!

I purchased new toner cartridges that are supposed to be compatible. 3 of them were detected by the printer, and the fourth one did not. I tried everything I could find on the internet on how to reset the printer, etc... to no avail. The printer works fine and prints with no issue, but I have no idea when the cartridges will be empty and that is annoying.While the cost is much better than for the original cartridges, and the print quality is perfect, I am not sure whether or not I should recommend these toner cartridges.

Cartridges are frequently not recognized by printer. A new cartridge shows as empty. Second time ! Sent last box back because it Wogl not recognize the cyan cartridge now today it won’t recognize the new yellow one. I’ve tried reinstalling it. Turned off the printer, calibrated it, registered it but it still reads the. Cartridge as empty! Printing a monthly newsletter for parents who have lost children and I don’t need the added aggravation.

These are amazing! I’ve had bad experiences with alternate brand toners before, so I was very hesitant at first. But the price was so much better that it was worth a try. It was a good bet - Print quality is indistinguishable from the originals and saved a lot of money. Printer is heavy use every day and I will buy again.

Just wanted to write a review, because I know how hard it is to find a good non-brand toner. So this one came through and I'll be reordering another set to keep on hand. It came in a nice package, color saturation was excellent and colors were correct as expected. It even automatically reset the toner life in the printer - other brands, I had to manually reset myself.

I buy a lot of aftermarket toner cartridges. Many have quirks that are a real pain in the neck! These cartridges were issue free! Changed out the old cartridge, put these in a boom, worked perfectly from the first print. These are my go two going forward!

There is no denying these Brother-compatible laserjet cartridges are excellent value. However, after a few months I noticed yellow toner blotches across the printed paper. Upon opening the cartridge tray I saw that the cyan cartridges had, well, to put it bluntly, crapped itself... For some reason the powder from just that one cartridge was finding its way out of the cartridge and settling on the paper and rollers.At first I was concerned that I'd irreparably damaged the printer in some way. But I quickly discovered that a clean, slightly damp cloth could be used to wipe the spillage up very carefully -- and wipe off all the surfaces. After just five minutes of light maintenance, the laserjet was printing beautifully again without a trace of any blurring, streaking or smudging. It continued to work perfectly for another 2-3 months but the problem returned (same cartridge)... Time to get the cloth out again!I would still recommend these replacement cartridges *if* (a) you're not bothered to get your fingers slightly dirty every few months; and (b) you're not doing any commercial printing.Do the maths and decide for yourself.
