Redmond Daily Red | Horse Vitamins and Minerals Supplement

Your horses will thank you. Coats are noticeably shinier after feeding this and can tell they are drinking more water. They come running when they hear the bag. Only complaint is each bag used to come with a scoop but I guess they did away with that. The daily amount recommendations are in scoops but there is no scoop????

This was recommended to me by my farrier. I recently inherited a 22 year old pony who gets cold laminitis in the winter. She barely survived 2 years ago before I got her because of how bad she was. So when I inherited her, I made sure to ask the farrier what I could do. He recommended this stuff.Best. Purchase. Ever.She NEVER FOUNDERED last winter. Not a single day of “ouch” out of her at all. She was outside all winter (except for the blizzard, I took her in for that and stalled her). She was out in snow, ice rain, wind, etc. No soreness, no lameness, no pain out of her. I was expecting the worst but this stuff is amazing. Balancing her electrolytes was the best thing I could have done.

This is nothing against the supplement that works beautifully. The problem, though is that the bag was wrapped and there were contents all over the place and of course it’s non-returnable not really sure what’s going on with this, but I am not liking it. Therefore, I’m only giving this one star and I would give it none if I could could Update ~ company very easy to work with,messaged back on the same day and they will replace the supplement for me~ very happy with this company

Just started adding this to my mare's daily mash instead of regular loose salt 2x a week. No issues. Only complaint is there's no measuring scoop included.

I use this daily as I quit feeding grain to my horses. They get alfalfa pellets soaked with 2 scoops of RD, my 32 year old gelding has gained and maintained his weight and my 24 year old gelding’s attitude is way better on RD. This will forever be a must in my barn!
