I bought this battery so that I would have two for my weed eater. My first battery I have had for awhile, but I can’t quite finish my large yard! Having two batteries is cheaper than buying another weed eater. This is a strong battery. Lasted about 30 minutes in tough weeds.

Worked fine

I have had B+D tools for many years. I have four batteries and they are rotated when they begin to lose power. The battery that was replaced was probably 20 to 25 years old. Two drills and a leaf blower are still working after many years.

My battery gave out after three years or so. I needed a replacement and I didn't want to buy an entire new drill. This battery replacement is not cheaper than anywhere else, I don't have to buy an entire drill with a battery. It does what I need it to do.

Chargers just as quick as the ones that came with my weed eater (which is what I purchased it for) when they were new. The original ones and the replacement I bought from black and decker seemed to last like two summers, and then they held less than a 5 minute charge after an hour of charging (after two summers of good use) I used this one all summer 2023 and it charged in like less than half an hour from dead and went about 45+ minutes (the time it takes to weed eat my front and back yard) on full power no problem. I even neglected to charge it and a week later it went all the way through my front and back yard again and died just as I was finishing. I’m about to buy another one, and it’s worth the cost.

Perfect purchase for the leaf blower! Helpful to be able to purchase only a battery.
