Needs better packing
It’s very nice, well made but wasn’t packaged well. Arrived with a broken neck. I had to get creative and McGuyver it.****update**** Great customer service. They replaced the broken one. Very quickly in fact. Under a week. I will be buying from again.

Very nice for the price
It is made very well. We really enjoy the Santa we purchased. When the package arrived, the bell was unattached from the hat, but I just sewed it back on. I love all of the details on Santa - the snowshoes, presents in the sack, deer on the sweater, buffalo plaid coat and hat.

Surprising quality
I ordered this for a mantelpiece decoration - the whole thing isn't finished yet but wow we are impressed with the quality and design of this Windy Hill Standing Santa - definitely looking at perhaps another one for next year's decoration plan! Already have had a friend ask where did you get that terrific Santa
