Not the same color
It wasn't the same color as pictured, mine was lighter

It had a bad smell to it..

Not what I expected
Mixed feeling about this hair. The color matched my expectation. But the texture and heat resistance was not what I expected. The hair was itchy, but worked as braiding hair, if you braid all the way to the end. Don’t apply heat, it does nothing to it. I wouldn’t buy it again, but I made it work.

Strong chemical smell
The smell was so strong I couldn’t even use it. I’m not sure what types of chemicals were used but I didn’t feel comfortable putting that in my hair for any length of time especially when I wanted to do a protective style with it.
