The Select fit is terrible! (The rest of their guards are great, though)
Sleep Right has four different sizes/versions, apparently. I was only aware of three, until I got this. It looks just like the Slim Fit version, so I didn't bother reading further into. This is their least expensive guard, and for a reason!1. The pads that sit in between your teeth can't rotate like their other guards, due to the adjustment joint being a fitted rectangle instead of a circle (And yes.... I'm aware that that isn't the most helpful description in the world...but I'm doing the best I can here, people.)2. The other three guards have 4 adjustments. This one has 6, but they are micro adjustments compared to it's counterparts.. and the "last" setting.. or the one that would make it the "biggest" is about the same size as the FIRST setting on the the other guards. (So yes... when you read about people complaining it's too small... believe them. Cause I didn't at first.... but now I understand)3. Because the bite pads can't wiggle, the part of the guard that goes across your lower teeth is fixed in it's position as well... And it's a very uncomfortable one at that. It sits below your teeth on your gums... I could only imagine the blisters it would give you if you kept using it. I don't know... maybe my mouth is odd... but I'm pretty sure this would be the case for most everyone. So just to clarify, you are looking at the SELECT version. Go find their other ones! Which are:*Slim Comfort (which is my personal favorite.... it's the most comfortable... but if you're a real chomper, you'll go through it fast)*Secure Comfort (is slightly less comfortable, cause it has extra pads that sit up by your top teeth to keep the guard in place)*Dura Comfort (this is like the secure, but even stronger.... It was my first mouth guard, and I chewed through it in a year... (Yes, I was a hard core clincher).. But now that I've become more aware of it, and have been wearing these guards for 8 years, I can get away with the Slim)

Better than expensive dentist guard
After three nights I believe this has really helped with my jaw soreness and popping. I've worn the expensive dentist guard for years but recently began having jaw going out of alignment and soreness after an implant. I wanted to try something not as thick and softer. This seems to work. After first night my jaw is less sore.I do have a smaller mouth and wear it upside down because it bothers my front gum less to have the front piece on top rather than on the bottom of my lips. Worn this way it is quite comfortable right out of the box.

Poor quality
I like the way that these mouth guards fit. However, they are supposed to last for three months and this one lasted me less than one. The left side where I tend to bite/grind my teeth the most has been totally destroyed. For the price, I expected it to last at least the three months guaranteed in the description.

No-Boil Dental Guard
I purchased this particular dental guard because of the design. I do not grind my teeth but I have started biting the inside of my cheek while I sleep. This dental guard keeps me from being able to bite down on my cheek - instead I bite plastic. I'm hoping with more time using this, my cheek will start to heal. I've only used this for a few nights. It's not uncomfortable and it's not comfortable; I guess that makes it tolerable. The sides of the guard do make my cheeks along the jaw line stick out more which makes wearing my CPAP mask a little tighter. I have also found that I wake up with my mouth slightly open and the guard is very dry. But, these small inconveniences will be worth it if I can make my cheek (and my dentist!) happy. :)

More comfortable
This is my second order if the same item. It has become my favorite bite guard (if there can be such a thing as a "favorite" in this category). It's thinner, more comfortable and has held up well to my nightly clenching and grinding.

Adjustable
I have tried many of the “boil and bite” dental guards for bruxism and not one has worked for me. I have a very small mouth and this is the best one I have found. It is adjustable, sanitary and come with a nice case. I am on my second one. The first one lasted three years and the only reason I had to throw it out is because it accidentally went in with the laundry and got melted from the high heat.

Listen to the reviews!
This mouth guard is awful. I am a woman and even with a smaller mouth, it just slid off and was stuck in my cheeks in the morning. It won't stay put. I also agree that it seems a little on the thick side.

The worst I've tried.
Was unable to fully close my mouth with the device in place (I'm a normal sized person/adult). In order to keep it in place had to bite down continuously (needed it to stop the biting/grinding). This is NOT a criticism of the seller, I had NO ISSUES with the seller. Did not like the product. I've tried many, always follow all the instructions to be sure its fitted correctly, etc. This one would get no stars however that's not a option.
