Put this in the "Go Big Or Go Home " department. Pleasant heat depending on how much you dump on. I dump a heavy layer on my "WHITE CASTLE'' sliders. The BOLD has less salt so you can go wild. But then I add a few drops of one of the many flavors of TABASCO sauce. Lately, I have been partial top the extra hot SCORPION PEPPER black label stuff. Very exciting. But all of this hot stuff is very addicting. I find myself craving something to stimulate my taste buds every day.
