Can snag easily but otherwise amazing!
The tent held up in expected rain VERY well. My boyfriend and I put the rain fly up just in case and thank goodness we did. We were not wet at all. It is easy to set up and I like how it doesn’t have a bottom so you don’t have to clear the bed out entirely to install. One corner ripped after getting caught but otherwise the tent is pretty sturdy and sewn well. I got the coinciding air mattress which I reviewed as well. We plan to go on more camping trips now that we have a good set up!

FAST SETUP! Love this tent!
I bought the mid size truck model ending in 65 unstead of the model ending in 66 that said mid size tall which I believe is for the talker truck beds of the 2016+ Toyota Tacoma. I have a 2018 and the mid size one fit perfectly anyway and saved me around $80. I picked it up for under $100 and the other one mentioned was like $179.INSTALL TIPS: I watched several YouTube videos of people installing this tent. One of them mentioned putting on the corners of the tent where it meets the cab first, before the tailgate which is contrary to the directions. THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO DO IT AND SAVES A TON OF TIME FIDDLING AROUND getting it adjusted right. Leave all the straps a little loose until everything is looking good. The inside orange straps are key to getting it all perfect. I had no problem with zipping the door like some people.I love how this tent doesn’t have to be cleaned out since there is no floor. I can put it up in 10 minutes and take it down in even less time. It all packs into the carry bag with ease too!

Be careful with the tent poles.
I love this tent. Material is decent. One of the inside pockets was slightly torn but still functional. The bungee from one of the tent poles snapped when I put it together the second time. The poles are still functional; Although, they fall apart if I don’t have tension. No issues once assembled. It’s Spacious and collapses to a compact size that I can fit in the back seat of my Tacoma next to my air mattress. Would recommend.

Fits 2005 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab with 5' Truck Bed
Fits a 2005 Tacoma Double Cab 4x4 with 5' truck bed with ease. I also have a Tyger roll truck bed cover. Looks great and has good visibility/air flow. Rain fly seems adequate, haven't tested it out yet. I could see the quality being an issue after a lot of uses but for the money it is hard to beat. The assembly isn't bad. Probably 15 minutes after you get used to it. First time took a while, but that was making sure I wasn't going to damage it.

So Disappointed!
I was extremely excited about this tent. As soon as the UPS guy stopped and delivered the package to my open arms, I immediately opened the box and started to set it up. It was not confusing nor difficult to figure out. I was rather pleased at how fairly simple the setup process was. I threw in my twin size air mattress and hopped in. I opened up the window zippers and admired the interior. There is a convenient hook for your light on the top and pockets on each side. Then I tried to zip up the door. It wouldn't. I stepped outside and tried again. The tent was too taunt. So I released the straps and adjusted the tent. No go. Then I noticed gaping openings on both ends of the tailgate. No bueno! I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma with a 5 foot bed. Does not fit! I am so saddened. I took it down, folded it back into it's bag, back into the box, and returned it to UPS. I so wanted this tent to work. Very disappointed. I'm giving it 3 stars because I truly can't state about the quality or durability, but because the description said it would fit my vehicle yet didn't.

Made our 4-week trip there and back again
We took a 4-week road trip from CO to OR and back, and this tent made camping so convenient!I got a strap and hook stuck between my truck bed and cab on the first try, and we tore the fabric about three inches from pulling the tent too tightly while setting up one day. Fortunately, the rip never got bigger and nothing else broke or tore. Definitely recommend reading the instructions and watching the video. It was so convenient to pull up to a campground and only need space for our truck; we could take the spots with uneven ground, and we stayed a few nights at wide-open spaces and actually moved the truck from place to place to get the perfect angle and lighting WITH the constructed tent already set up in the bed.By the end of the trip, we were experts at setting this up. We used the rain fly to keep out wind and downpours, and it never leaked. We also found an air mattress that fit perfectly inside, but we did have to inflate it inside the constructed tent, and we had to get an extension cord to reach the car.It was warmer than sleeping on the ground, but definitely still bring your sleeping bags and blanket layers; We froze the first few nights and it was mid-June.Overall, 10/10 tent. We can't wait for warmer weather to get back out on the road!

This product does not fit as advetised!
This product says it fits a 2015 Toyota Tacoma 5ft bed mid sized and it indeed does not. When adding the poles the tailgate end of the tent sits about 6 inches to far into the edge of bed. Therefore when you unzip the door the tent collapses and you can not get it zipped back up. It makes the tent to stretched out seems to be the wrong size even though i followed all of the guide charts on packaging and site they all match for a mid size Tacoma 2015. Would not recommend to anyone with this type truck and bed. 2015 4 door Tacoma with the shorty bed 5 foot.

Excellent tent for 5ft bed Tacoma
1st set up was easy and the tent very sturdy. Second set up on a windy outing I noticed a small tear in a seem that wasn’t mission ending, but probably a little more due to over stress of the strapping during high winds. I simply dried the tent, re-boxed and returned and the seller quickly replaced the tent. Lesson learned, strap tension needs to minimal.
