I have recieved this product on 2nd November 2019. And giving my review after using it for 2 days. I'm Very Satisfied at this price range its worthy I have been looking for budget camera and this is what I got. DAY/NIGHT vision is very good. Installation is very simple Just Download V380 Pro from Playstore and add your Cam via QR code. And it's ready to use. If u want to view your cam on your phone then you have to change the network settings. From VPN Hotspot to Wifi Network in your application. Their customer care service is good will guide you for Setup. It's easy go for it. Please note you must have good wifi internet connectivity at your place otherwise it's not useful without good internet connection. You can record video and take pics it will be saved in your phone and also in memory card inserted in your Cam. There won't be sound in video recordings. Also have a 2 way talk facility. Go for it its really good.

Did not work. App keeps getting crashed and I could not install it from the instructions provided as it simply did not detect wifi connection which was in good range. Returning the product thus with a request to upgrade installation technique and app

Pros: Very good cam for this price.The app is decent and helps you connect via lan when at home or via internet when away.App also helps you record video from your smartphone and save it to gallery even if you don't have an sd card installed.App helps you switch between sd and hd mode based on your network connectivity.2 way speaker and tilt/pan are very usefull and works fine.2 way speaker works fine as well.Night vision clarity is really good on low to total darkness. IR works really good.Cam also runs on handheld phone backup power banks so backup setup can also be done incase of power loss.App offers unlimited cloud storage for monthly subscription.Cons : There is a lag between real-time and what you see on the app.. even with 5g wifi connection this is very obvious.I would say speaker quality is sub-par. The jarring sound proves to be a cheaper one.Build quality is very ok.. will have to wait and see how it holds after few months.Strictly for inside use only.. definitely not water resistant.App and network security may get compromised and is something out of our control if connected to internet.Overall.. for the price of 1400 rs. This is too good.You can compare the camera recording quality with that of Mi and other brands.. where other brands stand out is on the build quality, however for recording this one can compete with the popular ones.

Till now this is the best camera which solves the purpose of home security. It can easily record high quality video in any lighting condition. Two way communication makes it to communicate with your kids when you see them doing unwanted stuff in your absence. Highly recommended for everyone looking for smart solution for home security.

Product does not work. Called support, they tell me to change my phone as its is not good. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max! They camera is a Chinese one which has been tried to be rebranded making it incompatible with both the Chinese app as well as the Modernista app.

I couldn’t add it with app. Every time saying invalid QR code. If trying to add manually still message come not in proper format. Disappointed. Even they have mentioned that it can be rotate with mobile app as I uploaded photo. U can not roatate it.
