I don't notice a strong smell or any smell really from the balls. I've used these for about 5 years now with no issues. Clothes come out clean and I use a bit of white vinegar in the conditioner compartment for softening the clothes. Simple to use and good value for money.

It’s is an eco friendly alternative for most clothes washing. It cleans well, although white items tend to go a bit grey over time. No scents, no chemical smells, so better than a lot washing pods. All in all a good product. 👍🏻Sometimes difficult to work out when it needs replacing unless you can remember to count and note every wash! Five bar gate on washing machine? 🤣

I have been using ecoeggs for years and would never use anything else in my washing machine.

I use them as I have sensitive skin and can't use detergents. They wash perfectly well and last a good while.

Great idea. But I’m not sure how eco friendly the plastic egg actually is. Eco friendly positives. No need to laundry detergent. Takes up very little space. Clothes feel and smell clean. Like how this one is fragrance free. Negatives. After using this product for roughly 2 years my egg is still usable but has slightly eroded away and I genuinely worry about micro plastics going into the water system. (See photos)

I originally bought the Ecoegg on The Shopping Channel (TSC) nearly 10 years ago. It claimed to be good for 770 washes of which I still have one more packet to use before I need refills. We are a retired couple who on average do approximately 2 loads a week sometimes 3 at most. I can attest to its effectiveness as both a detergent and fabric softener in spite of the hard water where we live. We both have skin sensitivities so this is perfect for us. It’s also way more economical than standard products and good for the environment. A win on so many levels!

Ich nutze Ecoegg seit April 2019 und liebe es. Mit zwei kleinen Kids fällt viel Wäsche an und ich bin echt froh darüber, keine Waschmittelbehälter einkaufen zu müssen! Ich hab ne 8kg Maschine. Wenn die voll ist mit Wäsche, dann fliegen zwei Ecoeggs mit rein und gut ist. Ich mag sehr den dezenten Geruch an der Wäsche! Was mir aufgefallen ist, dass ungefähr einmal im Jahr ein Ei ausgetauscht werden muss weil der Verschluss irgendwann zerbricht. Ist schade aber damit kann ich leben. Bei uns läuft die Waschmaschine leider auch mindestens 4x die Woche! Das ist schon eine ordentliche Belastung für diese Ecoeggs.

This product has changed our lives as we no longer purchase laundry detergent and we also use the dryer balls this company offers as well as the washing machine cleaning tabs. Our clothes come out just as clean and it saves plenty of money using these as well. Highly recommend this product.
