I’m a big fan of Swhacker original broadheads, but not these. Love the concept, but the bleeder blades come out very easily. I bought these in 100 and 125 grain to test and they all failed to some degree. Twice losing a bleeder blade in flight, causing crazy arrow flight. Would like to see a redesign to better retain the bleeder blades. For now I’m sticking with the original two blade design.

By far the most accurate heads on the market but the durability is lacking big time.
I have been using Swhackers for years but not consistently. The last deer I took with the older version of the heads resulted in challenges. I found that bone fragments would consistently jam the ferrule and lock the blades in place preventing them from opening fully or at all.I decided to try these new Swhackers. The design is incredible. It is failproof in regards to always getting a cut since you have the fixed bleeder blades in addition to the bleeder blades that open the main blades. I managed to send these heads through two mature bucks. One was a perfect heart shot and the blades did amazing on that deer. Wicked blood trail.The second buck i took a less than desired frontal shot. Hit him directly in the chest and grazed the inside of the shoulder bone. The arrow went through one lung, a portion of the guts, and the liver. The deer ran close to 1000 yds. It was incredible. After recovery, I found the arrow broken off inside of the buck. I inspected it and found that one blade had broke off on impact. I know it was on impact since I reviewed the cut pattern on the inside of the buck's chest cavity. Had this blade not broken, there is a good chance the buck would have expired much sooner.Great design. Poor durability. Need to beef up the blade thickness on these.

This broadhead is awesome
This thing flies true and leaves a blood trail like a paint spray rig.I've shot a lot of game with it, nothing has went more than 50 yards. Nothing!

after almost loosing a great buck I had shot with a fixed broadhead, I decided to go with mechanical ones.
