Title: Extremely Disappointing - Misleading Product DescriptionRating: 1/5 starsI'm extremely disappointed with this return gift bag. The product description is misleading, and the actual bag is tiny. The storage area is a mere 11cm x 13cm, with the rest being the handle. I purchased this to use as a return gift, but it's not even large enough to hold a pencil.To make matters worse, the product is non-returnable. When I tried to contact customer care, they were completely unhelpful and refused to listen to my concerns. They simply kept repeating that the product is non-returnable.The seller should clearly mention the small storage size in the product description. As it stands, this product is essentially useless. I would not recommend wasting your money on this item.
