Great product
This worked amazing. The ac's in this rental are prone to mold build up. This is the first time I tried this product. They look bran new. Easy to apply and easy to rinse off. The areas with heavy build up only needed a damp cloth to wipe off. I will buy again.

even by instructions it doesnt foam
seemed to somewhat clean, did not foam at all. therefore i dont believe it cleaned as well as a real foaming cleaner. used a flat tip sprayer as it said to do but still didnt foam at all.

Don't listen to the bad reviews
Please don't listen to the bad reviews. This stuff really does work with the right equipment. I used the hvac guys coil gun and did it at a 4:1 ratio and it foamed up and cleaned the coils really good. I like the fact that this cleaner isn't acidic and won't harm and you spray with it like other brands. Just get the right equipment to use and it works as intended.

Cleans and foams well
Im an hvac service tech and Ive used alot of different coil cleaners. I like how well this cleaner foams and cleans without being as harsh as the other alkaline cleaners. Use a coil gun and itll work great. ive used it on painted coils and evap's and have yet to see an issue with it, unlike the other blue cleaners.

Worked well, a lot of product for the money ...
Worked well, a lot of product for the money. I did expect a much stronger foaming action to push out dirt, but regardless the evaporator fins look clean. The A/C repairman who came to find and repair a fuse I blew in the process said I could come work for them. They wanted over $300 to do the job on my two A/C units. (PS be sure to disconnect power switch outside on the wall near the units. Just cutting off the power at the home fuse box will not protect your system from blowing internal fuses. Probably due to shorting from the capacitors.)
