I thought having the 2 ice packs is a good feature of this product but it does not stay cold long. The first time I tried it, I put the blue gel packs in the freezer for over 3 hours and it did not provide much cooling and lasted under 10 minutes. Next time I placed the entire wrap and the gel packs separately in the freezer overnight, and it improved slightly and kept my knee cool for about 15 minutes. Nowhere near the 30 min advertised. I had thought this product would be an improvement over wrapping my ACE Cold Compress gel pack but it does not stay as cold and as long as the ACE. The weight of the single gel pack is only 11.6 oz vs my old ACE compress of similar size is 18.3 oz, and I believe that's the main issue. I may return it or use the wrap with different ice pack that have more substance.

I had a total knee replacement a month ago and have found this cold therapy pack very helpful. It's not really a brace because it won't stay on while walking. It's not exactly form fitting but works well for icing my knee. It's very robust and well made. It comes with two cold packs which is a big plus. Excellent value.

I previously noted disappointment that although this product was an effective product for keeping my knee iced after surgery, the sleeve that holds the ice gel packs was likely not strong enough for continuous use, as the threads began to unravel and open by the end of the first week of use. However, upon reading my previous message, Koo-Care reached out, asked for photos, and promptly replaced the product, to ensure my satisfaction with their product. I therefore commend the customer service of this company for standing behind their product, making it so effortless to get a replacement, and caring about customer satisfaction. The level of service received, along with it being an effective product, gives me good cause for recommending this Koo-Care product to anyone in need.

I absolutely love this no more putting ice in storage bags and having them all over the place I can actually walk around while I'm icing my knee I don't have to just sit somewhere I love this thing I just can't say enough good things about it

Due to COVID 19, I was unable to do my normal workout in the pool at my gym. I tried walking for exercise but quickly encountered great knee pain. The ice pack in this knee support brace is giving me relief from the pain and has been a huge help. I have not tried using the gel packs for heat therapy but I am quite happy with the cold therapy. I received this item promptly and was also contacted by the seller with instructions on using the gel packs.

I am a big guy with stout legs and swollen knees at the end of a 3 mile walk. These Koo-Care knee ice packs are the best I have ever had. They have 2 3" wide & 12-14" long straps or tabs, 1 that easily wraps just below the knee and 1 that wraps just above the knee--thus securely holding pouch with the inserted ice pack tightly against the knee. They do the job exceeding well. I recommend them highly.

After a knee replacement, I started teaching quickly. My knee hurt! This ice pack was a lifesaver! I put it in the freezer at work and then got it when the pain started. I could swap out the ice packs to keep my knee from hurting! I also used it at night to ice when I went to bed. Great product!
