Worth the price.
Dr. Althea 147 Barrier Cream is a rich, soothing moisturizer that has worked wonders for my dry and sensitive skin. It calms redness, strengthens the skin barrier, and leaves my face feeling soft and hydrated without being greasy. I love the gentle ingredients and how quickly it absorbs. However, the metal tube packaging makes it difficult to get all of the product out, which is frustrating considering the price. A pump or soft plastic tube would be much more practical. Despite the packaging issue, the cream itself is excellent and definitely worth trying for anyone with sensitive or compromised skin.

Amazing!
Wow I’m blown away, i didn’t think it was going to be this good. My face is so soft after using it just for a couple of days. Its not too thick or thin, doesnt irritate my skin. I would probably use this as a summer fall moisturizer. I will definitely rebuy when Im out

My new holy grail
Ok so I recently switched all my skin care to Korean skincare and I will never go back. I had ChatGPT make me a skincare routine based on my concerns and they recommended me this cream. It is the most beautiful formula, lightweight enough to wear under makeup. My skin feels glowy after and my skin texture is already improving. This feels like a luxury skin care product, amazing value.

I have the 345 and am obsessed. I thought this one would be equally as enjoyable. It does not do much for me. Not thick. Does not irritate my skin. Return.
