However on the flip side, I also wasn’t willing to spend more for a product I know very little about from sellers who are “claiming“ to be selling a more premium product. After testing I definitely feel I made the right choice and I’m very satisfied as well as impressed with the appearance of the artificial flame it provides. Also from reading the overall reviews about these types of bulbs I was expecting the amount of light it produces to be very low in volume and thought at best it would be nothing more then cosmetic in appearance but again I was pleasantly surprised by how much light it gives off. I would also like to note how well balanced the flickering of light matches well with the intensity giving it a very natural looking output.Because it’s artificial and relatively new to the market, it’s still got its weaknesses when compared to the real thing and the only one I noticed worth mentioning is the looping effect that generates the appearance of the flame flickering could be made to appear more random and less sequenced. The closer you are to the light the less noticeable it becomes and you really won’t notice this until you study it for awhile.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My neighbor had a couple flame effect lights on the front of his house & they looked awesome & put out a lot of light, so I asked him to send me a link, because I thought they'd look great at my cabin it the woods. Well, his link, on sale were $10 each plus shipping, so I thought I could find a better deal. Oh well, my cheapskate self strikes again. Now, I did get them fast, they do work & do look like flames. BUT, put out very little reflective light & the orange light they do put out was kinda flashing like. I kept expecting some acid rock tune from the 70's to come on the radio while I was sitting on the porch, it was just annoying. I lasted about 3 days before I put the old bulbs back in. Ya get what ya pay for, LOL.

I used this as part of my Halloween decor, placing one of these bulbs in the fixture on the front porch. Our porch light stays on all night, and this light bulb was on every night for a month. No issues at all, and put off a great orangy flickering glow. I did find the light changing too intense and distracting for a dim room indoors, but it would probably be fine in a well lit room.

My daughter has an old style lamp fixture outside next to her front door. I got her these for a more authentic look. Looks nice, and it doesn’t attract insects in the summer. She likes them a lot.

Installed a couple of weeks ago to post in the backyard and it looks pretty good. The flame feature is distinct and better than just plain white bulbs. Positive comments from neighbors. I tried to submit a video but not an option for some reason.

Short lived. From a distance, looked good but close up it was a lot of dots. Turned it on last night and nothing.

Really great value and look like real flame. Plus 1 mode is perfect. If you buying a flicker flame bulb. That should be all it doing and not complicated with multiple mode.

This is a fun product. Exactly as it was described. I will order others as small Xmas gifts.

One of them has died which really sucks because they aren't on for very long. I have them come on at 9PM at night on a timer and then shut off at 12AM as they are a bit bright when the flash. Obviously I'm passed my return window how convenient......

Flickers too fast and hard to look at. Would be nice if slower. Returned.

These work very well when placed up or down. They give a nice gaslight effect. Overall light is mood and not strong, so really are for effect. Must place them behind frosted glass to give the desired effect. We now have 14 flame lights in our garden (various types...all have worked well and some have now been on daily for over a year).The price on these was good. GREAT BUY.
