Do not stack/assemble well, and not really compatible with Lincoln Logs
From the pictures these looked really similar to Lincoln Logs, which are obviously quite a bit more expensive, so I figured I would try them out. Unfortunately, these are just round logs and do not have the flat ground on the top and bottom like real Lincoln Logs do. This means they do not sit well on each other, and do not really lock into place well. Not really worth buying.

Outstanding Value
As a 35 yr old kid myself, I had a great time with my niece playing on Christmas. This was our gift to her. The quality is pretty great for the price, my only complaint is that the roof slates leave a gap at the peak but not a big deal. There is a good amount of double and triple logs. Yes there are a lot of singles but We were happy with the set!!

Basically the same as Link n logs
I bought these for a group of kids I teach at church. They are all over 5 years old, so wasn't worried about them swallowing them. The only thing I didn't like about these were that they were so hard to assemble because there were way too many small pieces. You could only really make a 2"x 2" house when the kids wanted to make larger ones. I really would of enjoyed if it were possible to purchase a set with a higher amount of the longer wooden pieces.

Great price ! My son loves them.
Comes with exactly as pictured. I never looked at the pictures before ordering so it was cool they have their own bag to be in after done playing. They are sturdy and seem to be of good quality. My husband has accidentally stepped on some with his boots home and they stayed intact. My oldest isn’t interested much in the normal toys for boys so I wanted to give these a try and he loves building with them. There are a lot more smaller pieces, but considering the price you do get what you pay for this set is way cheaper than I have found anywhere else or any other brand. But if you’re child likes them they are compatible with other brands to buy more of the longer pieces.

Can hardly tell the difference
It's the real deal...or is it? At any given time I have kids building farms across the living room floor. This will keep them busy for hours building and using imagination. 1/2 the cost of other brands that the 16th president endorses.

Needs better basic instructions!!
I bought this for my three great grandchildren to entertain them when they visit but don't know what 3 year old could possibly figure out how to assemble any kind of a structure with the kind of directions that come with this set when I, as an adult, had such difficulty understanding them. There are way too few of the larger logs so it would be impossible to construct to completion many of the buildings shown in the instruction sheet and on the box cover. Perhaps we will learn more from trial and error than the instructions that come with this set.

Good alternative to brand name Lincoln logs but not enough useful pieces
These are good quality "Lincoln logs" impersonators. Half the price and I doubt I could really tell the difference. My one complaint is that the 150 piece set included mostly the single log pieces - only a handful of long or medium "logs" meaning it was hard to build anything besides the few options labeled in the directions. My three year old tried to build some towers but did lose some interest since we couldn't just play naturally with the pieces available. Still a good option for the price.

Still a hit.
These are nicely made, easy to work with. My grandson likes them a lot. They are less expensive than Lincoln Logs. I bought them to augment his existing Lincoln Logs. However, they are not completely compatible with regular Lincoln Logs. The notches are off just enough that they don't work well together--some do, but most don't. My grandson is an engineer in process so he figures out clever ways to combine them anyway.

Best toy ever
This was my childhood preferred toy. Santa brought them this and a small video console they have been asking for 3 years now... they rather play with this than the video console. Best toy ever that never comes outdated...
