works well, avoids burns on arms

After repeatedly catching my forearms on the shelf of bottom oven it was time to take drastic action. Although I have normal oven gloves they off no protection to the forearms. Anyway I had a look at these and decided to give them a go. They are perfect and just what I needed. The gloves are made of a heavy duty rubber material, but they are not too thick that you cannot handle hot utensils safely - even from a bottom oven. The only issue might be if you have petite hands, as they may be too big, and only come in the one size. They are definitely heat proof and the arms cover the full length of forearm. There are other brands that look like these but check the length of sleeve before buying as not all cover the length of the forearm. I am extremely pleased with these and may well buy a second pair - although these feel pretty indestructible.

The quality is good but I can't use the gloves they are too big and I have medium sized hands so it is difficult to use them.

They handle heat really well.My issue with them is that the inside fabric has pulled away, so it’s no longer inside the rubber part. Makes it awkward when trying to put them back on, especially when in a hurry.

I hate oven gloves. Especially the ones that tether your hands together. I'm essentially lazy, so anything I can't get in and off in about two seconds I just won't use. These are great - spacious and easy to get on and off. Long enough to protect your arms. One star off because the glove bits get slippy if you get them wet (which I did because I'm slapdash and fished pasta out the sink with them on. In better news, I didn't burn my hands doing it...).

Well made. Perfect for our Aga. Protects arms up to elbow. Silicone withstands high temps so very safe to use.
