I have nothing but praise for Asurion in regard to their exceptional customer service and hassle-free warranty resolution.I didn't have a good experience with my recent rowing machine purchase. After only a few months of usage, the unit malfunctioned and needed service. I wasn't sure what to expect before I called Asurion for assistance.The experience blew me away. I am so thankful that I purchased the extended warranty from Asurion. They listened to my issues with the rowing machine, and promptly granted a full refund.I wasn't expecting a full refund. I was prepared to deal with a service tech visit run-around. I am happy to say I couldn't be more wrong. The resolution (full refund) was not asked for, and I was speechless when Asurion so quickly offered to make my condition right.I cannot recommend Asurion enough for any and all applicable purchases. Understood what I was saying and exceeded my expectations

I was hoping more to get in touch with a local bike shop. Let them put eyes on it even if it was a I pay for the service and submit my invoice for reimbursement Anyway it was far easier than that. Thank you guys so much.

Very unreliable... No longer recommended...
Purchased to cover an adult electric tricycle, trike electronics failed eleven months in (long after makers warranty on electrical had expired but only halfway through extended warranty) Asurion demands I ship to them to evaluate for repair/replacement/payout (understandable but spendy on a large ~100# box) but will not provide a label or arrange pick-up (they stated UPS would pickup next business day but no-showed and have no record of a scheduled pickup). Attempted to contact by chat and no one ever responds... Only purchased the extended warranty plan because they did honor a claim years before on a different product without hassles so I thought it would be good if needed but forgot the claim in-between on bike pannier bags where the faulty bags were returned by UPS as undeliverable (thought it was just an UPS oops not a sign Asurion was going to go under...)

Asurion is good but their partners are very slow
The time taken was 4 months but it was because of the vendor they had partnered with (Levt service) for repair but upon them saying nothing can be done I got my money promptly. Do recommend using asurion

Reliable
I dont always buy their warranties, but this time was different. I bought a spin bike just over a year ago. Too many things can go wrong with such an item, so I purchased a warranty. Recently some parts on it failed. Initially they wanted me to ship the unit, but then said they wouldn’t be able to fix it. They refunded my purchase price to a card, which I transferred to my Amazon gift card. Easy-peasy!

Great Customer Service
This was the first time I have ever had to file a claim for anything outside of my insurance plans. The process was made easier than I thought it would be. If possible AND warranted, I would work with them again.
