Amazing and comfortable!
Here's a few things I like and dislike about this chair. I still gave it 5 stars even though there are a couple of dislikes.I'm 5'10" and about 215lbs and the chair fits me perfectly with room to grow (up or out)...Likes:Foot rest is adjustable in heightFoot rest is removable if you just want a normal camping chairUmbrella is removableUmbrella can be mounted on either side of chairLots of storage! An insulated right pocket can easily fit 2 cans and an ice pack.Front pocket between legs is about the size of a small pencil case for storing things other than pencils. Also has a bottle opener on the front pocket!Left arm rest includes a cup holderLeft arm rest includes a pocket for your mobile device large enough to fit a Galaxy S7 Edge and includes a hole to pass ear buds through if you want to zip your device in the pocket.Reclines to two additional positions (3 position total).Carrying case easily fits chair and accessories so you don't have struggle when packing it up.Sturdy and stable, and bars don't dig into thighs like other camping chairs.Dislikes:There should be another oversized cup holder on the other arm rest.Umbrella only seems to adjust front to back, it could be difficult to block sun if it was coming at you from the side as it doesn't bend left to right, only front to back. But the shade itself can be rotated which helps.7/6/16 CON update: The shade/umbrella is very flimsy in the wind. It doesn't take much wind at all to shake the shade violently. I would be concerned that shade could break very easily. Especially where it attaches to the chair. So if you're planning on using this at the beach, hope that it's not a windy day...Honestly, that is it. This is a great camping chair and makes people jealous for sure. I am an RV'er and in my 30's and absolutely love this chair.

Will make week at the beach bearable for this pregnant lady
I purchased this chair because we had planned to rent a home at the beach with some friends of ours with all of our children. In other words, I knew we would be spending a lot of time on the beach. I am pregnant and the thought of being on a hot sandy beach for 5 or 6 days was unbearable. This chair is perfect for keeping me cool, shaded and comfortable while my husband and the other parents go into the water or go for a walk. I can put my feet up, lay back and just be comfortable. There are plenty of pockets (most with zippers) and the armrest cooler is great! The umbrella is a great size but somehow my feet always end up in the scorching sun. I also always feel like I am going to break the umbrella each time I adjust it because it clicks loudly and is a little resistant, but it's just how it works I guess. The umbrella and footrest are completely removable, if desired. A headrest of some sort would have made this chair absolutely perfect. I just bring a towel and roll it up behind me and it works well. An outdoor pillow also works good. After our trip to the beach I will continue to use this in our yard watching the kids play, and at kid's soccer games, etc. Love it!!!!

not as good as the one I bought in 2011
I bought this after my 2011 one was finally beyond repair and I accidentally left the umbrella out of state when I used it for a freak summer rain storm. Since it has lasted over a decade, i thought it was a good brand. The old one did not have the reclining feature. Here are the problems I noticed, the reduced the size of the insulated arm rest, this may not really be a problem. The bottle opening zipper pull is located on the new pocket between/ under the legs so thats awkward. The foot rest buckle gives at the slightest pressure from the side (one foot up one foot to the outside and it pops out, this happened no less than 6 times in one afternoon before I gave up on using the footrest.the back of the chair is too low for comfortable recline, it hits on my neck not my head so my head flops backward. The recline feature feels very floppy and I do not trust it will hold out. I am plus size though so a lighter person may feel ok with it. (another reviewer added a bolt and wing nut to solve this problem, check for their tip)Where the foot rest attaches at the bottom (a ball/ring type attachment busted out, theres supposed to be a bolt that holds the ring on and it just came right out of its hole. I had to just place it in place a few times on my trip until I gave up and removed the foot rest entirely.the bag is definitely flimsier than the one I have from my 2011 one.pros: umbrella is nice and adjustable, they added a velcro strap to hold it closed. they added a pocket (between / under the legs though so not convenient)I am tempted to keep it just for the umbrella that my old one lost, but the foot rest on the old one did end up breaking after 5+ years though so its not as useful to me.I did not particularly want the reclining feature but the old style was not available, its a bummer I now have a flimsier version just to get the footrest and umbrellaUPDATE, I missed the return window so I ended up keeping this, but the next time that I used it (with the back against a wall so It wouldnt recline without wanting to), the arm rest bent when I was standing up, so disappointing
