Product manual informs users not to get these earbuds wet when description on sales page indicates it is waterproof. Headphones are good but there's that little confusion

Update:After months of use these still work great and battery is still the same as it was on day one. Only one thing though is that since I started using these I have gotten ear infection three times. Coincidence? Or are these to be blamed? I am no doctor but I think since these are designed to slide deeper in the ear is the reason outside germs picked up by these gets transmitted in the ears. Again that's what I think is happening. Not sure if anything else is giving me infections. My doctor can tell maybe.Day 3: I have used these for only three days now but I am already impressed. Fearing I will lose the earbuds I did not want to invest too much money on earbuds so I ordered these and it was a good decision. The sound quality is great. Noise cancellation is good (didn't test too much) and the battery is amazing. The battery lasts more than 6 hours, and since I use one bud at a time, after the battery dies on the right bud I start using the left bud so the right one can charge and vice versa. The best thing about these is that left and right buds are identical and both have microphone so it doesn't matter which one I am charging.Another great thing about these is that these are super light. A few times I have to physically touch them to make sure they were still in my ear. The case is also light.I am expecting these to last for a while and will post any update.

UPDATE: LOVED these so much. Sadly, one of them quit working at all. It won't charge or power on. Fortunately (I guess) the other one still works for now. I have contacted support and am still waiting for a response.Best about these earbuds: You can pair each one separately to different devices. That kind of blows my mind. I am someone who likes to listen to audiobooks or podcasts on my tablet while browsing the internet. I can pair a bud to the phone (for calls) and use the other for listening to podcasts. Mostly, I have been using both paired to one device for a better sound effect, but I like the options.The charging case is another nice feature. This is great for when I am going to be away from home for a couple of hours. I was able to charge the case and keep one of the earbuds safe and ready while I used the other.There isn't much negative to say about these so far. I did have to stop and read the manual for using the Volume control. So, make sure to read the manual for proper pairing and using any controls. I just barged right in and started using them. Also, the sound is better while using both for same thing. So for music, I use both.I want to mention that I was not sure about this kind of earbud design. I have always preferred the necklace type or earloop kind. I am enjoying these and as long as they are working correctly, I think they work better for comfort - and they definitely look better than the other kinds.

Using it past 10-12 days from now and the performance is really good. The connectivity is strong and range is decent, no connection drop even if I moved out of my room. After using for nearly 2 hours, the battery percentage dropped to 90%, which is really appreciable. The grip is firm and they do not fall easily. The earbuds does a great job in noise isolation. The mic works pretty well.The buds connect automatically with my phone without much delay. The response of the buttons is great, without much delay or lag you can paude, play and change the volume of the song. Not yet tried in water/snow conditions, but quite sure that they will work as expected in the mentioned conditions. The quality of the product is pretty strong. Looks premium and also feels light.The best price is the price that, I am getting this for, totally worth it.Thank you Amazon for shipping this product in a day. Really appreciate it. Original review: These paired immediately with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone. They charge very quickly inside their case, about 1 1/2 hours. And I get about 5 hours of continuous use with them. The ear pieces are comfortable and the sound quality is excellent! I use them at the gym and grocery store to immerse myself in my own little podcast/music world. They definitely drown out the outside world.UPDATE #1: Less than a month later the left earbud no longer charges in the case and therefore no longer pairs/works with my devices. Bummer! They were so great while they lasted.UPDATE #2 : The seller reached out to me after reading of my problem. I have received a new pair of earbuds and this pair is outstanding! All is well! Love them!

The first thing I loved about these ear buds is the fact that they pair themselves together automatically, just take them out of their charging case and they pair up. All you have to do is look for the Bluetooth connection .....(X19 V5.0-L) Hit "Connect" and you are all set.You can pair one or both to your phone/tablet etc. or.. you can pair one to your phone and the other to your tablet. These can be used individually or as a pair.The sound quality is very good, the phone quality is also very good. You get three sets of ear baffles so you can use the ones that fit you best.the quality of these earbuds is comparable to the more expensive ones you can buy... They are certainly as good as the more expensive ones that I own.

Ordered as a gift, had issues with both. The first order was missing the right earbud, and the second stopped working after 4 days; the charging base indicates its charged (green light), but the buds would not turn on (no lights, no charge). They were purchased as a gift - talk about embarrassing. Good thing my niece was a great sport! I'll be heading to bestbuy to guarantee a functional set of headphones. THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE!
