I bought this gps for our car. It is pure junk, do not buy. The pamphlet's English portion is not written by an English speaker and is replete with misspellings and unclear verbiage.Navigation through the screens is a baffling mystery.Funny, the initial instructions implore "Please do not return this product. Call customer service and we will resolve" Ha! That's your first red flag. Must be getting a lot of returns.But the only customer service number available is Amazon Customer Service.Don't waste your time and money

The screen is nice and the directions seem accurate; the device connected quickly to many satellites from my location. However, I found the device difficult to set up. For example, there is an icon for “settings” with a button to set the time. It took me over an hour to find a screen (buried in the “navigation” settings under “tools” and then under “regional” and then “units and formats”) to change European units of measurement to miles from kilometers, liters to gallons, etc. Setting the clock seemed simple enough but it only works properly on the “automatic” setting. The instruction manual isn’t much use and I couldn’t find detailed use instructions on the company website. Others in my family wanted a simple GPS that did not connect to the Internet. I may well return this one and try again.

This product has major defects in the GPS system. First when you open the GPS the word safety is spelled wrong as safty. And GPS can’t not pin you at the correct location when you are in big city’s downtown. It gets confused and turn black screen and dies. This is a piece of junk! Since I passed the limits of return period that I cannot returns it. But I really want people know. Please don’t buy it. Yes it’s cheap but it’s piece of junk. We try it at Toronto CA. It’s not working at all.

The media could not be loaded.  it was a surprise for me that I can get such a good GPS for such a small price. When I bought my car dealer offered me a GPS option for extra 3 000$. Thanks God I did not buy it. So I saved 2950$ ;), really makes me happy. Plus It saved not only my money but also when I was traveling to other state and my phone`s connection was very bad and just stopped working, good I had this GPS otherwise I have no idea what I would do.

I ask the seller regarding this GPS displaying the direction... guess what? the advertised photo shows a compass in the upper left corner. The software version I got does not does not display a compass in the main view window - frustrating! Also when the GPS location is in a parking lot that is > 500 feet from any road the GPS picks the closest road and will indicate your traveling on that road??? If these two issues are not a problem for you, this GPS is a great value and is quick to find your location on power up. If anyone out there knows of a way to get this GPS to display the direction on the main window (on highways) please respond to this review.

Large screen. Very good price. These are great and simple to use. Clear and have had no problems using it.

I was going to return this because the warning sounds were continuously sounding off at everything until I went into the settings and set them to my preferences. It's too large for my windshield so I'm trying to find someway and somewhere else to put it. There was a street name that wouldn't show and so I had to use my cellphones map. The battery will run down super fast if it's not plugged in during use. I don't know how to use the other features like music and photos so I'm hoping to figure it out somehow. I would recommend this because it showed me faster routes than my other map source did.

Horrible mapping!!! My career is real estate photography so I drive to 12 houses a day and I used this GPS & my phones google maps to compare accuracy & COULD NOT BELIEVE how inaccurate the directions were - it’ll take you 15-25 mins Longer!!!! Every address this GPS gave completely different directions than my phones Google maps and every address I had to go to, this GPS was so much longer!!! And unless your extremely electronic savy & have experience w/the older models....you’ll never be able to set this GPS to your liking. It is very DATED!!!
