When our family went grain-free/paleo, it was a little rough. We missed bread, muffins, sweet treats and found ourselves eating the same things day in and day out. Enter Paleo Running Mama! Her recipes literally helped my entire family stay on the way of eating and we’re not looking back!I can’t wait to bake my way through all of these recipes, but for starters, the bread and the donuts are simply amazing! We recently had “Donuts for Dads” at our church for Father’s Day and I was able to make these for several to sample. Best Website, Best Book with Unique Desserts
This was supposed to be a Christmas gift : but the husband forgot I get the emails from all Amazon purchases under our account. I'm so glad he forgot! I have made a few recipes from this book already and its a fantastic addition to my ever-growing cookbook shelf. Being holistic, Paleo Running Momma has been a staple website in my menu planning for many years so naturally when this book was published I was very excited to purchase. There are some challenging fun recipes in here but the majority are quite easy and always turn our delicious. Please come out with a Cookbook next!

Big fan of Paleo Running Momma
I just wanted to come on here and say how much I appreciate Michele Rosen. I have been paleo for almost 3 years and her recipes online are a go-to for me. They are always well-written and consistent. Every recipe I have tried from this recipe book has been easy to follow and so delicious. Highly recommend!

The BEST Paleo Baking Book-- You will NOT regret your purchase!
I have been following Paleo Running Mama on Instagram for years and have had the chance try out many of her free baking recipes that she provides on her blog. Her recipes have quickly become my favorite and I always feel confident that I will like whatever I am making if it was created by her! When I saw she was coming out with her own book, I knew I had to buy it and immediately pre-ordered it on Amazon. Since then, I have had a chance to bake seven recipes out of the book & have liked EVERY SINGLE ONE! My boyfriend, who does not eat paleo, nor is typically keen on gluten-free baked goodies LOVED the Chocolate Chunk Tahini Muffins...I could not believe it! He asked that I make the "cakes" again because he enjoyed them so much. I normally will have him try any paleo baked good I make & I will ask him "grade it". He gave this one an A. Which is saying SO MUCH! So, if you are trying to create healthier versions of your favorite desserts for the ones you love and still have them enjoy it-- Michelle has created the closest version! I have also made the paleo oatmeal cookies (tastes just like the oatmeal cookies I ate growing up), Double Chocolate Zucchini Muffins, Blueberry Almond Butter Banana Bread, Creamy Lemon Bars & Cinnamon Raisin Bread. They have all been delicious. The Creamy Lemon Bars are a little more "work", but the directions she gives are spot on and I could not believe how good they turned out-- the layers turned out great & it tasted amazing! I am looking forward to trying out more recipes...my goal is to eventually attempt all 60 of them. If you are thinking about purchasing this book--- stop thinking and just buy it!

LOVE, but ... watch your temps and cook times
There’s so much to love about this cookbook. So much. But as another reviewer mentions, there may be some issues related to temps and bake times. For example, I’m sharing two pics —banana tahini choc chip muffins I just baked and a pic of how they should look. As you can see, mine are dark. But I actually pulled them out *25 mins early because my baker’s nose could tell they smelled done (or overdone). Next time, I will lower the temp 25 degrees (says 350 but will try 325) and still keep an eye on them and maybe pull sooner. I made lemon blueberry muffins yesterday — everything went very smoothly with that one. The choc chip cookies — great recipe, could use slightly MORE cook time. Otherwise the cookbook has mouth watering photos, weighted measurements (love!) as well as measuring cup equivalent ... her ingredients are wonderful and it feels good to be baking again with much healthier ingredients. The other reviewer said her blog recipes are all standouts and turn out really well so I’ll be trying that, too. Good luck!

Only Baking Cookbook you will ever need!
This is the only baking cookbook you will ever need! Her recipes are spot on! The right texture - you won’t even know you’re eating paleo! Perfect taste, easy to find ingredients, great recipe instructions, beautiful pictures…. I could go on and on….I am absolutely in love with every recipe I have tried and cannot wait to try more!If you eat paleo - don’t hesitate to get this book!

All of her recipes are amazing! Moist and delicious! If you’re making a lifestyle change due to diet or allergies, you can’t go wrong. This is a must have!

Great book, but beware if you have a nut allergy
Recipes look absolutely amazing. This book is great to be honest, I wish I could use itMy problem is that I am allergic to almonds and every single recipe substitutes flour with almond flour.Also some recipes require palm oil shortening, which is impossible to find where I live

BLOWN AWAY! Must have for anyone in need of GF recipes.
This baker has MASTERED gluten free baking! Seriously! It takes a lot to impress me as I'm a baker by nature and have always been so disappointed by gluten-free baking I've tried. There is nothing dense or chalky here. She has figured out exactly how to get the perfect light and springy texture in her cakes and muffins, and the flavour is amazing. My husband is super picky and sceptical anytime I make "healthy versions" of baking, and even he is super impressed. He said the brownies from this cookbook were better than any of the regular brownies he's ever tried. We have loved every single recipe we've tried so far, and we will continue to bake our way through the pages of this book! So grateful to have stumbled across the Paleo Running Momma <3

Great book
A very wide range of sweet treats without refined sugar. The chunky monkey cookies went down incredibly well and just tasted of “real food”. You could really taste every element and they still felt like eating a treat. I have only tried 2 recipes but the lemon blueberry muffins were also successful, just a little too moist. Excited to try other things from this book. The recipes use ingredients also found in other recipes in the book so you can at least be a bit economical about it. I like that.

Fantastic book
There is nothing I didn’t like about this book. This author thought of everything! I really liked her pages on staples and equipment. She lets us know what she uses on every item in the book and in some instances the brand as well. Very thought out. The other highlight is that there is a photo beside every recipe. I absolutely love that feature. The quality of the book and pages is very top notch. Totally impressed with book through and through. I initially wanted the book for recipes on grain free bread recipes. After reading the book from cover to cover I’m undecided what I want to bake first. They are so amazing and have my mouth watering! Definitely a must for anyone looking for a great grain free recipe book. Cost is reasonable as well.
