LG GSJ961PZVV A+ Door-in-Door Fridge Freezer, Non Plumbed

Mine is less than two years old and the milk gallons shelf in the fridge door started to crack from the right side (photo). Spoke to LG and was told it was a user error of overloading it. Bear in mind that it is for two of us only and never even put two milk gallons/bottles in it. Fridges lasts for years or at least a decade. This one get scratched and dented so easily as well. I doubt it will last a decade. Absolutely gutted with support. They told me to buy the whole shelves panel in door that cost almost half the price of the fridge (£350). Never going for LG fridge again.
