Good quality and weight. Too expensive, but I managed to grab it on sale for less than $20.It wasn't especially well packaged, the box was basically torn in two by the time it got to me, but the bar was undamaged, so it seems pretty durable.I am using the bar in combination with resistance bands. For certain lifts it helps to overcome the initial slackness of the bands, adding some load at the shortest bands lengths and thus tension to the full range of motion.It's heavier than a 60 in. Olympic barbell, and obviously shorter than a full-length bar. Also, it is very thick compared to a normal bar, which I like (I frequently use fat grips on thinner bars). That said, if you have the space and already have an Olympic bar in the garage, then I would just stick with that. This is convenient for me, living in an apartment without much space for equipment.This bar is great for adding a some load to a squat or lunge. As alluded to above, can add a little load to banded curls, rows, and presses. I need to find some other uses that are unique to this type of bar.I wouldn't pay $60 for it, but it was a bargain at less than $20.

I purchased these because I thought they would be easier to store than large weights. They work well, easy to switch out, and I can store them up against the wall.

I use this to check my posture for exercises involving my back. I'll do 5-10 reps of deadlifts, squats, lunges before using weights to reinforce muscle memory. A physical therapist friend recommended getting this after I said I'm always worried about getting hurt from unconsciously compromising good form as I increase weight in my deadlifts. I use this before I do a set and have been injury free. I'm in my 50s and find that my traitorous body is not as resilient or injury-resistant as it used to be. Darn you old age. Anyway, I use this bar regularly and it's none the worse for the wear. Well-made and helpful. I do recommend it.

This weighted stick is a great way to stretch and do a weight workout at the same time!

This one is very steady with soft cover whiich make it so comfortable to handle. The end design helps the bar early stand on the surface for certain act. I wish the bar is 2 feet long so that I can do the twest my OT asks me to do it daily while lay down. This one is too long for the act. Which I intend to use the bar.By the way, I also like how the handle the shipping. It is well packaged. It put the product with box into another larger box so it would catch attention of handler to prevent any possible issue in shipping process.

The quality of this is sturdy! I'm glad it has padding for a comfortable hold. This is great for lower and upper body mobility and regular exercises at home. The 10lb is a nice weight for the value.
